So should TNA one of these two or possibly even both? And if so, what should TNA do when they have them?
Personally I say TNA should sign both, make a whole bunch of promos advertising both of their returns and then debut them on TNA's possible new show (possibly on Monday Night).
Thoughts? Any ideas?

I'd prefer neither as I would rather Hardy stay a WWE guy (yes I know he was with TNA but, it sucked) and, RVD just flat out sucks, IMO. If they were to get one than Hardy.

They've already got one PR nightmare in Hulk Hogan. They don't need Jeff Hardy right now. Rob Van Dam would still be good though. A Styles/Heel RVD title fued would be wicked.

RVD. TNA will use him better than WWE will.
I think WWE would let Jeff back if he wanted to return. And would push him too.

Can i get your opinion on why you think RVD sucks? I've always been so torn on him, because as great an athlete as he is, sometimes he comes across more like an acrobat than a wrestler (him and lynn flipping everywhere was just weird) and he wrestles a very similar match. He does sell well though, but i've never gotten the big RVD love some have (maybe cause i was never into ECW much.) He never really had a gimmick to me, he was just RVD.

Both.....both would be HUGE grabs for TNA and help officially put them even more on the map.

Part of it is the acrobat thing, I mean for as well as he sells some things, his Piledriver sell just drives me nuts. Most of it is though, he, for the last few years of his ECW run and all of his WWE run, fell into a rut. His matches were almost always the same in that he would hit a few dozen kicks, a few sloppy punches/forearms, rolling thunder and pin. I am not going to deny he has talent but, he stopped trying it seemed. Throw in the injuries he caused from the sloppiness and, all his bitching about never being given a chance only to blow it when given one and, I just cannot stand the guy.

RVD, since Jeff has legal troubles pending, and is more of a risk to run afoul of the law again.

Neither. RVD's never done anything for me, and a lot of Jeff's appeal has dried up for me over the past two or three years.

I've never been a fan of Jeff Hardy and with his legal troubles and the way he constantly gets burned out with wrestling he should be the last person TNA should want to bring back.
I wouldn't mind seeing RVD in TNA though.
But personally I wouldn't sign either because I would like to see TNA build up the talent they currently have.

Niether--I don't think they need them anymore. hell I don't think they need Hogan. It's a GREAT plus that he's adding his name but they don't "need" any of it.

RVD and I can see TNA themselves feeling the same way. Jeff Hardy is in current legal trouble that he may not beable to get out of. It not like what Angle went though. Plus remember what Jeff did to TNA the first time he was there. Showed up late and No Show a PPV even though he was in town. Granted that Hardy did not do that in the WWE but he did also have Matt Hardy with him.
Just weeks after his last WWE match the man gets in trouble.
Now RVD as never had the problems Jeff did. As for as No showing or showing up late for an event. RVD is not in any kind of legal trouble at this time. So RVD really is the more trust worthy of the two but still is kinda of a risk if you think about the 06 accident. But that was three years ago and before that was clean on the legal side and had a good WWE run.
If Jeff comes out his legal problems without jail time. Yeah TNA may try and get him because he does sell Merchendise. He is popular which I won't deny but never understood it. He's a risk taker but so is AJ Styles and hell RVD. But they don't mess up the moves as much.

RVD seems the more likely option, but assuming for a moment Hardy gets out of his legal woes without too many troubles, he's the more financially sensible choice. RVD would add a lot to the company and the product, but Hardy would bring a follow, IMO, that Van Dam just wouldn't.
That having been said, I don't know how much room there is on the roster for either of them anywya. I'm sure they'd make room, but sadly at the expense of some of the much needed young talent they need to push instead.

RVD, because it would be awesome to see him face Styles, Daniels, and Samoa Joe. Him vs. Hernandez would be great, too.

From a personal point of view, I never really liked either, so I would say neither.
More objectively, I think RVD could at least attract a bit of attention. Hardy is too unreliable.

Neither. I was never a fan of Hardy, and while RVD is my favorite wrestler of all time, I grew tired of seeing him be a shell of his former self. If Van Dam came to TNA, I'd hope he'd drop that excess weight he was carrying during his last year in WWE, and start wrestling like he gives a crap again. Otherwise, don't bother.
