This will be simple and to the point. Which has been your favorite Survivor Series team in the almost-20 years that the PPV has existed.
Certainly, the team of Hogan, Jake and Demolition was great, but I was also fond of Piper, Hart, Virgil and Bulldog. And who could ever hate the Teamsters?

My personal favorite is from the '91 Series, the team of Ric Flair, The Mountie, Ted DiBiase and The Warlord. Great team. Any time Flair and DiBiase get a chance to work together, I mark.

Hogan, Jake and Demolition were great, but the results of that match disappointed me somewhat. I'm pretty sure that everyone on Hogan's team got pinned (well except for Hogan of course) while on the opposing heel team everyone got eliminated by DQ except for the Million Dollar Man. This made the faces look week in my opinion.

I'd go with The Rude Brood (Rick Rude, Mr. Perfect, The Fabulous Rougeaus), The Perfect Team (Mr. Perfect and Demolition (Ax, Smash, and Crush))--Mr. Perfect rules! ;D--or The Teamsters (Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Owen Hart, Jim Neidhart and Jeff Jarrett)

There's always at least one dud on each team.

HBK, Diesel, Jarrett, Owen, and Anvil, because I was a mark for all of them (well except for Anvil. Who? Exactly)

I haven't had the opportunity to see many Survivor Series PPV's, so my selection is limited.
I liked Alundra Blayze, Kyoko Inoue, Sakie Hasegawa and Chaparita Asari from SS 1995. The action was fast-paced when the asian women were in the ring, but slowed down whenever Alundra Blayze or Bertha Faye got tagged in.
Godfather, D'Lo Brown, and The Headbangers from SS 1999 was a favorite of mine as well. The attire worn by them (especially the Headbangers) was... well, interesting.
And I might catch heat for this, but I'm liking the DX/Hardy Boyz/CM Punk team for this years' Survivor Series.

Hogan, Roberts, and Demolition in 1989. Four of my favorite acts in one team. Talk about a dream team.

I liked both teams for that Wild Card match they did in 96. They need to do another match like that.

The team from Survivor Series '88 that had Demolition, The Brainbusters, the Bolsheviks, the Fabulous Rougueau Brothers, and Los Conquistadores. Any team with Demoliton, Arn, Tully, and Los Conquistadores is fine in my book.

In terms of sheer "Awesome!" and not match quality, my favorites:
1. Hogan, Jake, Demolition (The poster/video cover for that one is one of my favorite wrestling pictures ever) 2. The Teamsters 3. Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Jake Roberts, Brutus Beefcake, Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Gotta go with Savage/Steamboat/Roberts/Beefcake/Duggan. It was an entire team of guys who seriously contended (or would soon seriously contend) for Honky's belt.
Though they weren't my favorite, I think the "4x4's' from 1989 deserve an honorable mention: Duggan, Bret, Hercules and Garvin.
And I'll always have a soft spot for the horrible randomness that was Mustafa/Berzerker/Hercules/Skinner in 1991.
