That viper. Then Ted DiBiase Jr. gave the mom a Russian leg sweep and stuffed a copy of "The Marine 2" in her mouth.
Total heel theory.

Randy's innocent, the trajectory on the gum was all wrong. There must have been a second spitter, behind the bushes on the gravelly road.

Here's what he's claiming on his forum about the whole thing. I believe Randy and I hate people, I really do. I wish I could talk more, but I think it would get to political.

Mostly all of these claims are just to get some type of payoff to keep these situations hushed. Even the stupidest star (not saying Orton is stupid) knows how something like this will be perceived by non wrestling fan press and people.

I was honestly going to walk in here and say this had been made up in order to make Orton gain some heel heat back (he's got more face heat than anyone in the WWE besides maybe Undertaker and HBK these days) but it looks like there's another simple explanation. It's a darn shame when somebody can't just do his job without be targeted.

He was in character, and like people that he grew up watching he was acting the part. That was what they did back in the day, but now heaven forbid you spit gum on someone. Seriously assault and battery for spitting gum on someone? Not like Randy picked the kid up, and slammed him against the wall.

According to Randy, he didn't even get to spit the gum.

I love how people are referring back to 30 years ago when this was the norm to defend Orton's actions. Believe it or not, THIS ISN'T 30 YEARS AGO. The business has changed dramatically since then and kayfabe has died and had it's grave squatted on. Just because you play a "bad guy" on a tv show that everybody knows is fake doesn't give you the right to act like a prick in public. It doesn't work that way anymore in the age of lawsuits and public image. Should an actor spit on someone asking for an autograph and then claim "Well, I played a bad guy in that one movie, so I'm EXCUSED!"?
Of course this could just be NEWZ, but Orton's little hissy fit issues have been reported on enough times for me to come to the conclussion that he's just a douchewad.

Chris Jericho hits a female fan and everyone says "Wait till we have the facts, I'm sure there is an explanation" then after they find out what happens it gets justified Randy Orton allegedly spits gum and insults a fan and without any knowledge of the facts its a Guilty vote To be clear, I'm not condemning Jericho for that incident as I agree he was in a dodgy situation however you just know if this read Jericho instead of Orton that everyone would be saying "Well lets get the facts first" so I'll wait till the facts come out before condemning or justifying Ortons actions See, I saw the exact opposite thing. Chris Jericho strikes back against a fan that hit him first, and because it was a female, everyone strung him up. I mean, Krang, which fact is more important to the case: The fact that the fan shoved him head-first into his car door frame, or the fact that the fan was a female -- and which fact did you bring up just now? Meanwhile, this boy is being told to "man up", even if the charges were true, that's no excuse, he needs to stop whining, etc.

Here's what he's claiming on his forum about the whole thing. I imagined Orton saying that.....................very.................................slowly....................................and it made me giggle.

Oh man ORTON IS MY HERO! Seriously between this.. then laughing like a disney villain. They need to have an angle where Orton bursts into the room wearing a stove-pipe hat and a high collared black cloak, twirls his mustache, declares he's going to foreclose on an orphanage, then carries off one of the Bella twins to tie her to some railroad tracks. And after losing to Cena, he can shake his fist and exclaim "Curses, foiled again!"

One. People need to learn how insulting it is to have someone spit on or toward you.
2 reading Orton's side it does seem ridiculous

One. People need to learn how insulting it is to have someone spit on or toward you. There's no doubt that it's a dire insult. But which would you rather have happen? Be spat at, or punched in the nose? Hell, even shoved to the floor onto my ass would be worse than being spat at. IMHO, YMMV etc.
