. . . when you get to your hotel room?
For me its turn the A/C to the lowest possible setting and leave for a few hours. Nothing like coming back to an ice box and just relaxing.

Check the yellow pages for escort services.
And then change the sheets, and put my clothes away.

summersault onto the bed. Ah, memories. In high school, I was in TSA (basically an AV club association) and when we'd arrive to hotel rooms, we'd start doing wrestling moves on the bed. Swantons and frog splashes off the dressers, etc. Then I found I was really good at running up the wall, spinning around and hitting a splash on the bed. My friend tried it, trashed the wallpaper and we had to carefully super glue it back on to avoid damages. But the first thing we always did was jam the cable lock off the TV so we could plug in a VCR to support an N64. We'd use my VCR as it had an awesome channel setup. After we finished gaming, we'd start auto scanning until we picked up the PPV channels. ;D

Put down my bags and plug in my phone, laptop computer, and all the little burdensome electronic devices I have to carry around. Annoying.

Take the pen and pad of paper with the hotel's logo on them and put them in my bag.

Secrete some bodily fluids onto the bed. As long as I'm going to be rolling around in them, they might as well be primarily my own.

I'm never in the room long enough to worry about it. Throw my duffel bag in, call and ask for extra towels, call and ask if there's dining near by, and get to whatever business I'm there for. Last time I spent any serious time in a hotel is for the leadership seminar I'm on staff with every spring, and we don't spend all that much time in our rooms because we're with the students most of the time.

Drop the back and jump on my bed landing on my back usually or falling back first. As long as I end up landing on my back it's all good. That includes jumping belly first then on that extra bounce I land on my back.

I rarely go on vacations, but when I hit the hotel room, the first thing I do is throw my duffel bag across the room (I got a big one, almost military size) and put my beer in the mini fridge. Then I adjust the AC or Heater and turn on the television and see if I can find some Sportscenter, wrestling, or MMA.

I thought I was going to see "when you get up out of bed" No Cheap Sunglasses reference for me First thing I do though is normally check the TV stations to see what channels are available, and then check out the room.

Find something on the television for the kids to watch so I can unload the car without them chasing me up and down the halls.

I think usually I look at the tv first, to see if there are ways I connect my PS3 to it.

Most hotels I stay at don't have room service so I look and see what kind of delivery places are near. I stayed in one place that not only had a pizza place nearby, but a great Japanese place and a good wing spot. The Japanese place even delivered some tasty sushi, which I thought was odd but it was really tasty.

I don't want to lower the tone, but taking a dump is normally high up on the agenda. This is mainly because staying in a hotel normally follows a long flight for me, and there's something about long haul flying that makes me have to crap.
