What are some of the things that creep you out the most?
Mine would have to be number stations, I don't know why but they just come across as absolutely chilling
So what sends chills down your spine?

Something similar to Number Stations. Lately I have been getting phone calls from well I don't know. I and answer the only thing I hear is a beeping noise that repeats itself every 3 seconds. It's probably a bot set up to find out when I'm home the most to set up a telemarketing call later. But it also could be an alien calling from the Orion system, me calling from the future, or it may be a beep to awaken sleeper cells.

Exactly what I thought this thread was about. A few things creep me the hell out: - The Unsolved Mysteries theme song. - Robert Stack announcing "UPDATE~!" - The Max Headroom Incident. - Revolution 9. - Insects. Every single one of them. - Music played backwards. - Needles. I'm sure I'm missing about 200 things, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I thought this was a thread about Kung Pow: Enter the Fist! I was gonna go with Wizard of Oz...damn, and Kung Pow is one of my favorite movies ever, I really need to get my reference act together this morning... To be honest, I kindof have a phobia where I HAVE to know who's on the phone in our house regardless of who it's for. I used to be quite the jackass in the later elementary years until freshman year in high school, and very often I would be sure I did nothing wrong and didn't hurt or do anything that day. Suddenly, the phone would ring, I would hear my dad talking to someone while giving no good hint as to who it was or what it was about. Then he would hang up and send me straight to my room which upon entering he'd unplug my TV. He would always come back and ask why I did something, but it was always something I would think nothing of. And to this day (despite being on the straight and narrow nowadays) I have to know who is on the phone in our house or else i'm afraid the one time I don't check it will be someone reporting dorm vandalism or bills I haven't payed.

There are things that send shivers up and down my spine that others would just shrug at. But one thing I've always found creepy are the old school zombies. The ones that keep coming forward slowly with their shuffling gait. One on one isn't really a concern, but when you get them in large groups ...
***shivers***
Oh, and some haunted places. There is a ghost where I work that doesn't creep me out much because he doesn't seem to do much except show up at odd times. But I've been in other haunted places that have just creeped me the hell out.

Air raid sirens. I was staying in a small town a few years back & they used it when there was a fire to alert the FD. Scariest sound I ever heard.

My creep out thing is a rather common one: large insects.
