Right now I still think I'd stick with Sheamus. I never thought it the night after TLC, but I actually see him holding this thing through Mania now.

Breaking it down person by person:
Kofi - Feud with Orton ended up with him getting killed time and time again in the matches, so no dice for Mr. Kingston.
Cena - Looks destined to get Big Dave at Mania, and I don't think you add the title to the mix with Bret and Vince already there.
Ted & Orton - A very interesting dynamic here. I think they both end up costing each other in one way or another and they head for Mania against one another.
Triple H - If Sheamus isn't retaining, Triple H is taking it. I doubt they'd do the switch here though. It isn't like last year where both changes had legit storyline reasons. I can see this coming down to Trips and Sheamus, and Sheamus somehow stealing it.
Sheamus - Winner

I could see HHH winning, and HBK and HHH facing at Wrestlemania for the title (since it seems as if they're going to face off).
At the same time, I can easily see Sheamus retaining. With Mania so far looking to have big headlining matches, it won't be much of a risk to keep the belt on Sheamus. It'd also be great for him since he'd get great exposure.

Right now, I'm gonna say Sheamus retains and heads to a showdown with HHH at WM. And, I'm gonna really go out on a limb hear, and say Hunter loses at 'Mania and Sheamus comes out of it looking like the star they're so obviously trying to make him.

Edge takes Kofi's spot and beats Taker at Mania to unify.
Of course this after he is eliminated first in SD's chamber

Edge takes Kofi's spot, wins, and decides to fight himself at WrestleMania.
He loses.
Swerve.

I see no reason to take the belt of the kid now. HHH doesn't need the belt yet and will probably take it from him at Mania. No one else really has a legit shot. Orton is obviously building to a blow off with Legacy. A triple threat is likely. Kofi...no one is thinking that will happen. Cena is the only other possibility, but it is etched in stone for him to be with Big Dave and certainly there is no storyline building for him as the champ right now.
So Sheamus will actually keep the belt warm for HHH at Mania.

Elimination 1 - Kofi gets pinned clean by Sheamus. Elimination 2 - Orton gets rolled up by DiBiase. Elimination 3 - Orton snaps on DiBiase, RKO, DiBiase gets pinned by...whoever. We'll say Cena. Elimination 4 - Cena catches Triple H in the STF, Cena eats Sheamus' boot, Sheamus pins Cena. Elimination 5 - Trips sells a leg injury from the STF, goes for a Pedigree but can't hit it/hits it and "blows out his knee", a boot from Sheamus later, the belt is retained.

Sheamus.
And he somehow wins the thing without getting a single pinfall or submission.
