Oh... Wait, is that actually supposed to be the Triforce? I mean, I don't remember seeing such a pattern other than those games. ▲ ▲ ▲

It's the boots. Oh... Wait, is that actually supposed to be the Triforce? I mean, I don't remember seeing such a pattern other than those games. Yes it is. Rhodes is a huge Zelda fan.

That's... a random thing for a wrestler to reference on their attire. BUT THAT'S AWESOME! Wrestling needs more random video game references.

I've always thought Beth Phoenix should have had a move that she called the Phoenix Down. Though I'm not sure how many wrestling fans would get that. Only if she hits it, and her opponent immediately hulks up and beats her. I've always suspected that Hogan's been using "Regen" for the past 25 years.

More random than Punk having the Cobra insignia dominating one of his shoulders in tattoo form? I thought about calling him Zartan back when I first heard of him, but I doubted that people would get the reference.

Never connected it. No wonder you don't see a lot of phoenixes flying around in FFs. They were all hunted for their feathers. No wonder magic crystals are always breaking and stuff in these games. Humans are dicks.

You know what I loved? I spent 20 hours rezing people left and right using phoenix downs, but at that one point in time I just cannot spare any of the 99 that I was carrying at the time to save Aerith. Suddenly they became just too valuable to part with.

So you're saying that when I faced the Midgar Zolom way too early and took twice as many hit points damage in one blow than I started with that Barrett only got knocked out?
