Since I saw a couple threads on Doritos in this fourm I figured it would be a good time to ask the question are they are good. This might be an odd question to some of you american crappers but now for the first time ever Doritos are available in New Zealand and after seing that every bus stop in Auckland has a poster of the damm chips has made me curious.
So any good?

Quite good I think.
The veritable story of not being able to put down the bag after having one chip is quite applicable with Doritos.

They're okay. I used to like them a lot more, but I'm pretty burn out on them, honestly.
But objectively, yeah, they're pretty awesome.

They're amazing.
Here's a household tip. Don't let your dog enjoy the Habanero and Guacamole kind....it may like them, but....Yeah...not made for their little stomaches to handle.

I've been eating Cool Ranch Doritos since I can remember. Yes, they're excellent.

They're wonderful. I personally prefer the Buffalo and Ranch ones.
They used to have these delicious salsa ones (NOT salsa verde) but they stopped making them years and years ago.

AMAZING chip brand. Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch are the two best flavors.
And word of advice, if you grab a snack size/fun size bag(ie any size you could theoretically get in a vending machine), you should shake the bag up a big before eating. Since every flavor of Doritos use powder flavoring, most of the chips tend to not have much flavor on them, but upon shaking the bag, you cover all the chips with the flavoring powder that settled to the bottom of the bag. You COULD do the same for the family/party size bags, but those are big bags....

They are the reason I both love and hate the store I shop at. About half the time they're on sale for something equivalent to buy one, get one free. So, let me run down the list: 1. Nacho Cheese: good, basic, intro to Doritos 2. Cool Ranch: nice twist on the Nacho Cheese 3. Collisions: they put two flavors in the same bag. Pizza Lovers/Ranch is awesome, Cheese Enchilada/Sour Cream is really good, and I forget which other one they had, but it was good too. 4. Blazin Buffalo Ranch: my God, it's full of stars 5. Sweet Spicy Chili: I was addicted to these at one point 6. Taco: haven't had yet 7. Late Night: haven't had yet
I'm just amazed that they went for how many years with just Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch, and now they just decided to blast us with 18,000 new flavors. Good idea, though. I'm not sure how well they'll go over in Australia, because they have different taste preferences down there.

yeah if you can get the blazin buffalo ranch you'll be addicted.
however I wonder how many dorito flavors you guys have, if you can't get blazin buffalo you should atleast get cool ranch.

Yes, they are awesome!
I used to torment friends of mine who would be "enjoying doritos" after work by stopping at a food superstore and picking up a couple of humongo sized bags after work (when I worked a straight shift). I'd stop over on my way home and they would be sitting in the living room with a haze of smoke hanging over the room. Then I'd hand them the bags and say, "Enjoy!" and watch as they would both eat damn near a humongo sized bag themselves. ;D

^ True that.
Doritos 3D that they used to have were f***ing awesome. They have a super awesome lime flavour as well that they only have in the huge bags, I wish they did them in the normal size, they're amazing.
