Now, SmackDown just needs a new set from the one they've been using since 2001 and we're good.

I just listened to this little ditty.
I gotta say, its a good fit for WWE Raw. The intro to the song is probably whats going to be the intro to RAW, and it works well for a wrestling intro.
The entire song itself has the feel of a song the WWE would use as a theme for a PPV, using the song to show highlights of the PPV at the end of the night.
However, I still like SD!'s theme better. But even that isn't near the perfection of RAW is WAR circa 1999. THAT was the perfect theme.

i don't like Papa Roach, but Smackown NEEDS to have a Nu-Metal song as it's theme, and the Papa Roach song is good within the context of Nu-Metal. i mean, it's much better than , say, something like "Nookie".

They should just SWERVE everyone and use the MIDI version of the Nitro theme song that's in WCW/nWo Revenge for N64 whenever a wrestler comes out. Any version of that Nitro theme song is an awesome theme. Probably the best pure instrumental Wrestling TV show intro song.

Bleh...
What is WWE's obsession with nu-metal? The genre is dead and its probably the worst form of music ever "composed". It appeals only to the lowest of the low... Then again that seems to be the target audience for Raw these days.

It's called ".....To Be Loved"? That doesn't sound like it belongs on RAW.

Aw, I am gonna miss the Raw theme music, it has been there since...what was it, 2003? Longer then that. It was there at the start of the brand extension and a little before I think. So probably since early 2002, if not late 2001.

Damn, this once again shows that Smackdown is the B-show. Smackdown got a new intro which was just an updated version of the old theme and video. But Raw gets an entire new song by a semi-famous rockband. It doesn't seem that bad. Raw has had the same annoying damn song since Flair was GM in 2002. Smackdown has had, like, 18 songs since then. I'm glad Raw finally changed it up.

Terrible theme song. "I just want to be loved?" How is that a good title for a wrestling song anyway??
Slightly off-topic, but I really liked SmackDowns old theme...the rap one that was like "I want it all" or somethign. That owned.

WWE needs to move with the times. Get P!ATD to do the theme or Scissor Sisters. God that would be funny.
