I like how he was talking about how cool you are if you're good at Madden, then in the same article tells people they need to go out and do the game they are playing or they're lame. I've seen the same argument used for the Guitar Hero games. It's stupid. Yeah I said pretty much the same thing in my long rant of a post. I didn't mention Guitar Hero though and I'll say this. I play guitar/bass/drums and do vocals. My only issue with Guitar Hero/Rock Band and the people who play it is how much better they are than me at it. I'm terrible at those games.

(if a person spends all day on a console game no one even blinks) What? People react different to people who spend x amount of time on WoW than they do to people who play console games just as long. I have seen/heard people bash "Wow addicts" who will spend just as much time or more on their X box.

ok all I'd like to say is I'm as big of a nerd (if not bigger) as anyone here, but WoW just blows, granted it's not FFXI bad but god is it a piece of ****, now I'm not trying to upset anyone of anything like that, I understand why some people would like it but in my opinion it's flat out horrid
as for the topic at hand well...whom ever wrote that was just an idiot

Since the rise of the NES, PC gaming was always considered more for "nerds" and "hobbyists" than console gaming. Part of that has to do with the fact that, by and large, PC games were more complex than their console counterparts in the 80's and 90's.

Wait, why did they bring up Tales of Vesperia? The average gamer hasn't even heard of the Tales series.

I'm so glad that they put out this list, because, as we all know, AskMen.com is the end all and be all of video games.
