Rey Mysterio. He had surgery on his left knee five times and countless of other injuries. Didn't he injure his knee last November and is refusing surgery right now because he doesn't want to miss Mania again?
Plus the way he moves and wrestles in the ring with showing no visible problems with his knees, I am worried on how much painkillers he is on to wrestle like that.

Foley, just seeing him walk so gingerly is horrible. I was shocked yesterday when I remebered he's only 43

I disagree, at least from my perspective: Flair bleeding is as normal as HBK landing the superkick, and besides that, he only bumps when necessary. If anything, Flair can walk with a gusher out of his head at all times, and I can walk right by him.

Bret Hart. The guy can't take any shots to the head, and he's going to be in a no holds barred match against McMahon of all people. Spells trouble.

Definitively Hardy. I just hope that if and I repeat if, he beats these drug charges, he gets himself cleaned up. I'm just not looking forward to the day I see the "Jeff Hardy 1977-2010" thread pop up and having him just be another statistic is sad.

I always worry about HBK. I often think that not only could one bad bump destroy his body, but it could also lead him down a very bad path. A man recovering from various drug and painkiller addictions getting re-hooked on painkillers because of ring injuries is a scary thought to me.

This is WWE Current. The TNA forums are that way.
For WWE, I would say Morrison, and made a thread about this very topic a while back. He's the company's biggest bump machine and gives away spectacular highspots on TV, and for what? To make McIntyre look good? Career-wise, he's looking at Miz's tail lights.
I'm fine with him performing huge highspots and taking scary bumps if it's on PPV and he's getting over with them. If it's just him bouncing around like a pinball on SmackDown for the likes of McIntyre or Punk's stable, it's a waste and I'd rather he slow it down before he Joey Mercury's himself.

I am concerned for bret hart because of his condition and because of how real wrestling can sometimes get. I am also concerned for John Cena because out side of a few months here and there, he has not had a real break. My concern is that he could burn himself out and become a statistic as a result.

Kurt Angle seems to be doing much better now.
Jeff Hardy is an idiot and needs to get his act together.
Bret Hart....one wrong bump and he could be done depending on how serious his condition really is.

William Regal. After the death of Eddie Guerrero I was worried that he could be the next to die since he abused drugs for years.

I worry about the big show the most because of seeing shows about people with gigantism and how young they die and how much of a toll that disease takes on people.
So big show would be my answer and I guess you could add khali but he's still kind of young isn't he?

In that case, Evan Bourne should be everyone's answer.

But I think he'll be used in a non-wrestling capacity.

So big show would be my answer and I guess you could add khali but he's still kind of young isn't he? he's 37 He also doesn't suffer from the same kind of gigantism as most people that size, he's just naturally that big. Andre was proportioned all strangely, giant chest and giant feet because of the disease, but Big Show is proportioned like a normal person, except a bit heftier. I see Big Show living a long time like some of the tall basketball players out there.

I worry about both Taker and HBK this Wrestlemania. Last year they both almost killed themselves they are going to go harder yet this year I bet and they aren't in any better shape.
All around though Flair. A million times Flair. Not for the blade jobs, those are generally harmless although I bet he is abusing the blood thinners again to keep the blood flowing good. I am worried because damn he looks a lot more ripped then he did in his WWE run. He has admitted to steroids in the past. TNA has no wellness and Flair doesn't care about himself at all. Steroids + Blood thinners just doesn't sound good for an old heart.
