I've solved it. In approximately 5 years, TNA Impact will still have 1.1. Fixed ;D

She has a title shot at the next PPV but as you'll see on the TNA board we haven't got much hope for her despite her being a better choice for champion than Tara.

It's a chart that shows that the majority of wrestling fans prefer rehashed old main events and a washed up, neutered shell of a character that ignited a wrestling boom period over a show that actually kind of somewhat builds to its PPV in a constructive manner. I don't think it's funny, I think it's a downright sad commentary on the state of pro wrestling fans. Yeah, its not like TNA has any washed up talent or anything... Wrestlemania features HBK/Taker and Vince McMahon/Bret Freakin Hart. The title matches have basically been swept under the rug for these two feuds. Destination X features AJ/Abyss and Kurt Angle/Mr Anderson. Both shows have their pros and cons, but I'm just sayin WWE's booking has gotten incredibly weak and this just might be the worst Wrestlemania of all time. I'll admit TNA has its shortcomings, Hogan is horrendous at cutting promos these days, Beer Money can't decide whether to be heel or face, and nobody cares about the Nasty Boys. But WWE is pushing its most stale, repetitive, meaningless drivel that I can remember in all my 27 years of wrestling fandom, and the fact that fans are still eating it up makes me sad. TNA's not the greatest, but at least they're creating some new stars once in a while instead of pushing them to the moon and then shoving them back into midcard purgatory for no reason (WHY is Kofi Kingston not even on the Mania card? No MITB appearance? No throwaway tag match? NOTHING?!).

TNA is just as prone to overpushing old farts who can't wrestle and Yo-yoing people as WWE is. How come they keep giving Hogan endless segs if they are "pushing new talent"? TNA is, unfortunately, a mirror of WWE's lack of vision. It just has different oldsters hogging the spot.

In all fairness Chris Kristofferson was a great signing.

Fixed. Listen, different strokes and all that jazz. If you truly prefer the Cena/Orton/HHH/Batista show, who am I to argue? I'll watch TNA for the younger guys that I like, and I'll continue to casually keep an eye on WWE for Santino and Edge and CM Punk. And you can watch whatever you want. That's the beauty of this whole Monday Night Alternative thing.

You forgot to say "brother", BROTHER! ;D That I did. In semi-related news, that picture of Scott Hall depressed the hell out of me when I found it. There's just... Nothing left of the guy he used to be in the mid-1990s. EDIT* Fixed. Listen, different strokes and all that jazz. If you truly prefer the Cena/Orton/HHH/Batista show, who am I to argue? (And frankly, if anything I'm an ROH/Dragon Gate man

Ah yes, the "we have Pope and Desmond" excuse once again, when about 70% of the airtime is still devoted to Hogan...
Yeah. I ain't buyin' this "TNA is the place for hip young talent" thing. Neither is the WWE, but at least most of the E's old guys can still move. Hall can barely throw a punch, and Hogan and Flair both look like zombies by now.

And Flair's a manager, Hogan's an authority figure, and has Hall even been in a legit match yet? If I can play the Pope/Desmond card, then I'm also playing the "Hogan and Flair aren't active wrestlers" card.
Like I said, different strokes, I like what I like, and you guys obviously like what you like, and there will be no changing of minds. I'm just sad that more people don't see it the way I do, and that's through no fault of anyone's, just the way different fans click. With that, I'll politely bow out of this thread.

You claim that Hogan and Flair are "managers" yet they are fighting in the MEs and get just as much, if not more, airtime than the Bret stuff (which I admittedly find lame also). Its almost the EXACT SAME THING--plundering the legacy of the boom 12 years ago to make a quick buck off of anyone who still cares.

I'm more of a Shimmer man these days but I post mainly in the TNA section cause I'm a big fan of the Knockouts. That said I grew up on WWF/E and want it to be great again and I want to see TNA suceed for that reason but at the same time I think TNA could be great too. I must add that it disappoints me that neither company is pushing young talent.

TNA is more like France, if anything. TNA is poland, while ROH is switzerland, pretty much because they are only there, no mocking anyone, and nobody cares for them, but yet, has some interesting resources that could serve to germany the WWE the problem with your WWII analogy is that German started the wars with Poland and France, and TNA is the one that started the "war" with WWE chart was funny by the way

When it comes to being stale...neither side can talk.
Raw has been stale since 2002.
TNA has been stale since 2006.
When it comes to old guys and same old main eventers, once again, neither show can talk.
Let's be real though. TNA featured Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair in their main event a few weeks ago. Yes, it's 2010.
And to say this might be one of the worst Wrestlemanias ever, is a bit much.

I'm just gonna take it for what it is, a light laugh.
After all, it's just been 2 weeks and way too early to start reading stuff into it.
