Man, Goldust was on top of his game. I really loved his prematch antics, seeing as we haven't really seen the "bizarre" Goldust lately.

I've always liked Goldust. I'd like to see him get another run with the Intercontinental title.

Another IC title would be awesome. Goldust can work with anybody. It is great to see him in such good shape. I think he has a lot of life left in him. He's never been sidelined with any major injuries. Hoping to see him in some major angles.

I think Dustin has got more of his dad's character in him than Cody, it's just that he needs the Goldust character to fully express it and/or stand out in appearence.

I'm glad the guy hasn't been released yet. I've said it before and I'll say it again: if they release Goldust I'm ragequitting WWE.

I enjoyed the Golddust/Sheamus series of matches.

Loved it, this is why I want a long Jericho reign. He can make everyone a credible opponent and let them showcase their skills. You'd never see something like this out of Cena. Except it happens quite often. I specifically remember his first match against Punk and his match against Swagger a while ago. I remember he beat CM Punk in about 1 minute around 2 months back. And it's not the same thing at all, he gets beat down for about 15 minutes and then no-sells his injuries just to make his almighty superman comeback and then he crushes every bit of momentum they had when they were beating him down, when he pins them. Here, Jericho reverses the curtain call and catches him by surprise. Cena wouldn't catch somebody by surprise by doing the Attitude Adjustment, he would do 20 shoulder blocks, the dreaded 5 knuckle shuffle and then he would do it. That's not by surprise, that is just ridiculous.

Beat him by submission, no less. Cena. Beating CM Punk by submission. Does not compute. I try not to hate Cena because of the way they book him, but man, that burial of Punk pissed me off.

Stryker calls him The Lone Star. He doesn't forget wrestling history.

I agree... Goldust is one of the most underrated workers in the history of wrestling. His work in WCW in the early nineties was mostly great, and he could take a character and run with it.
I hope he can keep a job for WWE, as he's in better shape than he's been in about a decade and his in ring work has been understated and great.

Really fun little match, had a nice kind of old-school feel to it. (I also appreciated the efforts of the two commentators; nicely done all-round) Shame we're gonna see a new World Champ at 'Mania, I can't see Edge deigning to put on back-and-forth matches with people like Goldust.

really good match, a feud between these could work, although i don't know if goldust can get that high up on the card.

Dustin is so good. His stuff in the dying days of WCW was top notch, too. Really fun feud with Jeff Jarrett. Would have loved to see him as an everyman type World Champion. He was getting a great build up.

Damn. I was watching Superstars this afternoon and although I was liking it I turned it off during the 18th commercial break during this match. I couldn't take it anymore. An hour show and I swear it has as many breaks as Raw.

Really good match. Godulst should indeed go for the IC title. It would seem nostalgic somehow. needs more mind games, drew tattoo completed, and I've always thought goldust was one of the best, still he's as old as Jericho, I still want him to have a legit feud with his brother
