The Rock had the best run but it was too short. Triple H for longevity.

Personally, I think Triple H (evolution era) is the perfect heel. I really do.
And it would have shown had he had better opponents to wrestle. Kane, Goldberg, Nash, Steiner...
He was GREAT with HBK, Benoit, and Batista.

I know it was relatively short lived but hollywood rock was amazing Oh, man. Was he ever! That heel run was epic. The memories bring tears to my eyes.

This poll is kind of unfair since Rocky is the runaway winner. Hollywood Rock was magic. It'd be more interesting to ask who, besides Rocky, or who after Rocky, was the better heel. In which case I'd probably vote for Edge.

I went with Triple H but I don't know. I mean, he's the only one of those guys I really hated. Jericho, Punk, etc. are ENTERTAINING heels, I just end up liking them, so its hard for me to rank them above someone like Trips, who I really hated. The problem is that I hated him and his Title reigns and blah blah so much that it really turned me off the product for quite a while, so I don't know.

Since I don't see Eddie Guerrero on this list, I'm going with Jericho. When you have people picking fights with you because of what you did in the ring, you're doing your job well. He also made some otherwise terrible episodes of Raw briefly enjoyable. Sometimes I miss his older heel characters, but it seems that this current one has made his career.

I'm not sure if you want to know which heel was our favorite or who was best in the heel role. I went with who is best in the heel role and that is Orton. He is one of the few heels since the '80s that I have seen elicite genuine hate.
