Nothing as exciting as a blow out in a Bowl game.

People are bigging up Nebraska for next year, but how much of that was down to Suh's impact? Remember, he is likely to be the #1 pick in the NFL Draft in April...

They will probably win the Big 12 North, but then again, so could the local high school team down the street probably ;D The Big 12 North is just the place where you determine who is getting their ass kicked by Texas or Oklahoma this year.

This, unfortunately. Every team in the North either does one thing well to exceptional (Mizzou, Nebraska) and sucks on the other side of the ball, or is playing weekly spoiler.

I would agree with this, but there's a few tiny problems. Texas is overrated. They barely beat Nebraska in the Big 12 Title game, and barely beat Oklahoma, who was without Bradford for most of the game. We beat Oklahoma as well, even if they didn't have Bradford. Also, that defense wasn't JUST Ndamukong Suh. There's also another guy on the line by the name of Jared Crick. People are saying he's as good, if not better than Suh. And he's just a sophomore. We got him for 2 more years at tops. Plus, we have two of the best defensive minds in the nation with the Pelini Brothers. The only thing about next year is to see how our offense will do. That's our main issue.

There has been talk recently on whether or not USC quarterback Aaron Corp will stick around for 2010 or transfer. "Right now I am," Corp said when asked if he was going to stay at USC.

Leach is on ESPN right now. He's a smart guy and is going to get millions from this (both from Tech in the lawsuit and his new job).

Oklahoma and Navy won their bowls as well.
First two BCS bowls today - Oregon and Ohio State in the Rose Bowl, and Cincinnati and Florida in the Sugar Bowl.

Alright, the last five minutes of regulation in the Outback Bowl have been, has I can describe best, batshit crazy. Northwestern gets a touchdown with about 4 minutes left, but the extra point is blocked, so they're down eight. Then Auburn fumbles the ball, giving Northwestern the ball back. NW is about to lose with a sack on fourth down, but the d-tackle for Auburn is flagged for a facemask, which keeps the drive alive, and NW eventually gets a touchdown. NW then goes for two and gets it, tying the game. Auburn proceeds to fumble on the kickoff return, and NW recovers, but miss a field goal to win the game, so now the game is in overtime.
Auburn has the ball first in OT, and they make a field goal. Now it's up to NW to keep this game going.

That penalty on the LSU guy was such garbage it's hard to comprehend. I'm not sure it cost LSU the game but it pretty much ruined any shot they had at coming back.

It could have gone either way, as it WAS delay-of-game on Penn State, but yanking the guy by the freaking neck wasn't a good idea. Oh well, now time to watch the Ducks beat the Bucks.
