People who get offended by the lack of offense taken by something else.
If I don't care about something, no matter how much you DO care about it will make care about it.

Sex out of context. I'm not really a prude, but outside of porn, I don't like it being brought up. I also don't care for the way things have gone where everyone is a lot harsher about things than they used to be. Take a look at a Dean Martin Roast and then a Comedy Central one and you'll get the gist of what I mean. The Dean Martin Roasts were incredible compared to today's. I find some of today's Roasts somewhat funny, but nothing has ever matched the awesomeness of the DM Roasts.

People who are too opinionated. Just because you believe you are right about something doesn't mean you really are.

When people park in private lots. Even if they're "just running in and out". Screaming kids at the grocery store.

Alot used to offend me. But then I realized I probably say and do things that offend others just by being myself. Strangely enough once I figured that out, not so much bugs me anymore. I kind of live me life now on the basis of if I don't like something I just don't do it myself. This, pretty much. I try to be mindful of what might offend others, but sometimes they still say stuff that just irks me. For example: calling something "retarded" or "gay" just because you don't like it. (yes, I'm one of those types.) Don't get me wrong - I would never preach on and on about it unless someone asked me to elaborate, but I've been the Hilary Duff to someone else's Other Chicks and said things like, "OMG, that's so [insert name]. Why are you acting like such a [hobby or occupation that person has that has nothing to do with anything]? You're a [last name]!" I've had to defend myself once or twice, but once I say things like, "I used to work in a group home with the mentally disabled," or "My sister is gay," or "I've had lots of gay/lesbian friends over the years" or anything to that effect (all of which are true, by the way) my point is usually made. Also add to this list: willful ignorance. I'll give a recent exchange at work as an example. Ryan: "I don't like fags." Matt: "Dude, that's ignorant as hell. My sister is gay. Several of our co-workers are gay. What the hell did they ever do to you?" Ryan: "Nothing. I don't care. I just don't like fags." Give me a better reason besides "I just do/don't." Even something as simple as "it's just how I was raised" would be more acceptable than a grown man saying "I just don't like 'em."

People who think I'm an awful person because I have some unpopular opinions. Without getting into what they are, many of these so called "open-minded" people refuse to allow me to explain my beliefs, and simply tell me that I'm close-minded. Interestingly enough, I will often listen to their arguments, but they refuse to listen to mine.

Casual racism/homophobia/sexism
People who don't use logic or refuse to listen to scientific evidence
"Everybody who is straightedge is just cliquey and they're all teenagers and it's just a phase and they all want to shove their beliefs down my throat", completely ignoring the history of straight edge and what it actually is
People who hate anybody who dares to look different. If I want to wear pants on my head, dammit, I'll wear pants on my head

I'm not sure if many of the things listed in here ''offend'' people or just anger them, is there even a difference?
To me to offend somebody would be to call someone a racist/sexist name whilst to anger them would be to do most of the stuff listed in here e.g. being ignorant, screaming kids etc (sorry to single people out).

When people talk about there sex lives in public places like a restaurant or a classroom. 'Cos you're jealous? Most likely because the people talking about it have this erroneous assumption anyone else gives a f***.

Most likely because the people talking about it have this erroneous assumption anyone else gives a f***. Also, the people who tend to do this are the ones you don't want to picture in the throes of passion, to put it delicately.

Footage for death, murder, suicide.
Making fun of someone with a disability or birth defect.
Everything else is fair game to be made fun of with the right kind of sarcasm.

"Everybody who is straightedge is just cliquey and they're all teenagers and it's just a phase and they all want to shove their beliefs down my throat", completely ignoring the history of straight edge and what it actually is Eh, a lot of people who know perfectly well the history of Straight Edge still feel this way. It's a movement that hasn't done itself in favors in the PR department and a lot of people find it hard to take seriously these days.

Very true, I would say there are a lot that angers me, but only a few things that offend me. One thing that offends me is racism, you would think that in the year 2010 such a stupid thing wouldn't exist anymore but here we are! One thing that angers me is people who stop and wait for a parking space. Seriously there is A WHOLE PARKING LOT, full of spaces, but you're pretty adament on getting that special spot aren't ya?

Nothing. I'm a huge asshole myself, so why should I get all up in arms when someone else is. I usually just go "Oh, another asshole, assholin' it up. Ok."
