When did everyone start hating Batista anyway?
You're not telling me people have just realized now he can't wrestle or cut a decent promo?

There was a time when SmackDown didn't so obviously look like the "B-Show", but now it's incredibly obvious. RAW just seems like a MUCH bigger deal right now so it doesn't shock me that he wants to go to Raw.
Hell, I bet 95% of the SD roster would rather be on Raw, except they aren't as vocal about it because they know it ain't happening.

I started hating him when he became such a goody-goody gumdrops little sissy. I liked him when he wouldn't talk and would just wreck shit up. His spinebuster used to be good too. Now he just kind of sets them down a little hard.

Don't try to pawn him off on GA, jack. We don't want him. Send him to Kentucky. He's more familiar with OVW anyway. I swear, if I ever see Batista in a DSW ring... *Shakes fist a la Homer Simpson* He was here already, we've been punished enough.

Batista, Orton & Cena all on 1 brand? God no! If were lucky enough, maybe these 3 will form an alliance to counter DX, and they'll take up half the show every week:) Instead of "Suck It", their catchphrase will be "We Suck".

It's funny, because I didn't see that you were from Kentucky until after I posted that. Maybe you have been punished enough, but still, I'd send him to Finland before I'd send him here.

Now he just kind of sets them down a little hard. I don't hate him or anything, but I agree he lost some of his edge. Remember when he said he would take on La Resistance by himself like it was nothing? That was cool, that's what he should be doing. Acting like it's no problem taking out people around him because he's that powerful. Now it's "baby-face" syndrome, where you just can't smile enough gee golly! ;D

sources: Pro Wrestling Torch, WWE.com Batista is said to be miserable being on Smackdown and he really wants to be brought back to Raw. It doesn't seem likely that WWE will grant Batista his wish as Smackdown is lacking headline talent as it is and Smackdown can't afford to be dealt yet another blow, especially considering that Rey Mysterio will be taking several months off to heal some injuries after No Mercy. I'd send him to Finland before I'd send him here. HEY! WHOAH! Keep him the hell out of here! Send him to Sweden instead and everyone's happy.

(Now the one Swedish poster who just joined see's this and decides that he doesn't want Batista there, so I have to send him somewhere else. Watch it happen)

How about sending him to space and torturing him by forcing him to watch bad movies?
I could really use another season of MST3K, although I am not sure if Batista could come up with funny wisecracks and thus it would just be bad... eh, this is a "can't win" situation.

Very interesting.
Batista had a hard time as Champion after Triple H. He was in a feud with JBL in which the matches seemed to stink up the joint, and the matches he had with Eddie Guerrero were really carried by Eddie (the biggest tell tale sign of that was No Mercy last year, as I remember talking to my friend during that match that Eddie seemed to be doing all the work, and that it ended too early, which I was disappointed in). He should be admired for staying around through the injury of his biceps, but still, his matches haven't been top notch.
King Booker is a very deserving champion, that people generally do respect. I love the character too, especially last night, when he was talking all majestically, and then when Teddy Long told him about the match with the Undertaker, he started talking like his old self again. With the return of Chris Benoit, Booker does have some competition, and I think that will be his next big feud after Lashley.
The midcard on Smackdown looks great though. Hardy, Lashley, Finlay, Regal, Kennedy. Smackdown as a whole is looking great, they just need some more main event talent on the show.
