Yeah, Ted would be a great choice. The laugh would be great, and I remember him announcing with Vince a few times, and he was very good. I bet he doesn't want to travel that much though.

DiBiase would make kayfabe sense if JBL introduced him as his replacement. JBL could claim that DiBiase was a hero of sorts to him.

Regal. he's not what he used to be in the ring, and it could be part of the kingdom of booker storyline. Plus, if regal ain't worth my first post, who is?

Al Snow wouldn't be bad. I loved his work on Heat. Nash, if he would be willing, could be interesting.
However awhile back Vince and co. loved Simon Dean's announcing on Velocity and his in studio work. Plus he is already off the road and working in the office, he could just fly into the tapings film and leave for CT again.

Jericho would be the greatest. If he can match with the Rock in a promo's and the rock is pretty damn funny when he's commentating matches (including his own at the Royal Rumble Rock/Mankind I Quit Match), then Jericho will be just as funny lol

Only one man comes to mind. Ted Dibiase just to hear the laugh again. I agree.

I'm actually gonna suggest Schiavone or that other guy from WCW, the guy who was bald and had the beard and mustache. And no I don't mean Dusty. he was that deep voiced guy they brought in about four years before WCW brought in Russo and everything started going to hell. He was an interviewer and also had a few damn good nights as a commentator, but I can't remember his name. I keep thinking it was Scott Hudson, but I might be wrong.

Yeah, you're thinking of Scott Hudson, who I wouldn't mind, but he's just a play by play guy, like Cole. You need a good color guy to complement the play by play man, and Scott Hudson, while underrated as a commentator, would not succeed as a color guy.

What about Eric Bischoff or Paul Heyman? Heyman's too busy with the ECW storyline. I'd accept Bischoff in a heartbeat, but Vince has to be willing. Somehow I doubt that. And only heel Bischoff is allowed.
