Shawn Michaels pulled out a win over Shelton Benjamin with that sweet chin music shown from a great angle. Randy Orton just beat Carlito with that mid-air RKO. Both looked great. But I think the angle shot from Michaels/Benjamin, combined with the simplicity of SCM, makes that win much better. What do you all think? If anyone has the gifs, add them, please.

Randy's hit some RKO's from some awesome angles, but HBK's music on Shelton was the shit. That wasn't even the coolest RKO ever anyway, that would have to go to the Mysterio one where he caught him comin' off of the middle of the rope and just wham-dropped his ass.

123 Kid beating Razor Ramon. No one, and I mean no one, saw that coming.

123 Kid beating Razor Ramon. No one, and I mean no one, saw that coming. That was an upset, this refers more to the out-of-nowhere finishing move. Also, the only reason that most people know about the 123 Kid thing is that the WWE tells them to. There have been a lot more upsets that were bigger than that.

123 Kid beating Razor Ramon. No one, and I mean no one, saw that coming. Not as such, I knew that Waltman wasn't a jobber because i'd seen him as The Lightning Kid so it wasn't completely unexpected.

I saw the RKO coming as soon as Randy was standing and Carlito was on the top rope. The Sweet Chin Music was fantastic though did not see that coming. The RKO at Summerslam 04 was out of nowhere. And in the words of that writer in EWR "where is nowhere and why do these moves keep coming out of there"

It was still an out of nowhere move that beat him. I mean, when's the last time someone's been beaten with a moonsault into pin?
And how was it not one of the biggest upsets ever? Ramon was a former IC champ (i think) or at the very least a very good mid to upper mid carder who lost to a guy who was nothing more than a jobber in WWF. Just because he was on the indies doesn't mean that he's going to be someone in the WWE. And the WWE rarely brings it up so I don't see how it's being forced on us. But i guess since it didn't involve a current IWC darling and since the WWE has mentioned it maybe a half dozen times since it happened 13 years ago that means you must hate on it.

Lets be honest here, theres not a chance that the IWC would vote for the evil Randy Orton in a poll for anything positive, such as this.
Having said that, I did not see what happened at Unforgiven so I cant vote. Although I find it hard to believe it was better than when he countered a chokeslam from Taker into the RKO at WM 21. I really enjoyed that.

The SCM to Shelton was awesome but, the RKO is one of my favorite finishers and that one to Carlito was just amazing.

SCM was effin' impressive Does anyone remember from Superstars (in 1993 if I'm not mistaken) when IRS lost to PJ Walker? Now THAT was unexpected (for that era) although I'm sure Razor Ramon was responsible for the distraction Then again... the SCM on Shelton was effin' impressive ;D

The Shelton loss looked contrived. Instead of going for a dive, he looked like he was leaping toward HBK.

The SCM was more impressive to me because Shelton had to switch into a back bump, making it look brutal. When Shelton dove, it was a question of whether he would do a clothesline or a crossbody. The SCM really came out of nowhere. Carlito's dive was more of a giveaway.
