Catwoman, but the 90s Captain America movie is a very close second. (I don't think Chris Evans will have a hard time topping the performance of whoever played Cap in that movie.)

Steel was based on a character who basically debuted in the aftermath of the "death of Superman" storyline. Shaquille O'Neil starred in the movie version and it was absolutely horrible. Definitely got my vote. Nostalgia Critic reviewed it last year, if you want to see how bad it was.

Steel had the best quote in movie history though.
"All you have to do is throw it out of the window, like a free throw!"
"But I can never make these!"

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen? Oh God, that movie was horrible. One of the few superhero movies that I consider a good sleep aid because it's so brutally boring.

I'd add Spider-Man 3. That piece of toast had me visibly angry upon leaving the theater!

Watchmen would probably get my vote.
Superman 4 and Batman and Robin are probably worse movies but at least something happened in them. Watchmen lasts 3 hours but nothing happens.

Watchmen weirds me out in that there's a crowd that absolutely hates it, and then there's a crowd that loved it. I'm in that camp, it was pretty much a direct translation of the graphic novel with only one major change, and I was happy with that. Soundtrack was great too. Just commenting on that.
Sadly, my vote has to go with X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
I watched it.
I re-watched it.
I watched it one more time.
And I still never really found much redeeming about it with the exception of...the opening credits sequence may has well been the whole movie. That was way more interesting than a further pussification of Logan.
At least it gave us a GI Joe sized real Deadpool figure, and an amazing video game.

Ugh, I think I blanked out on that one out of self preservation. Even if you could sit through the movie, the ending made me feel embarrassed for the actor forced to deliver the Narmiest line in that entire cheese fest. Boo this man!!! I had fun watching Wanted. And I don't even know what narmiest means. Narm means something that is meant to be taken seriously but due to either over-sappiness, poor execution, excessive Melodrama, or the sheer absurdity of the situation, the drama is lost and can be a massive mood killer.

The 2003 Hulk movie. When I went to see it I expected it to be basically 2 hours of Hulk Smash Instead we get 1 and a half hours of seeing boring Bruce Banner, Hulk fighting a giant poodle and an admittedly good scene where Hulk fights the army. So dull... Don't forget the same flashback scene 500 times.

I actually liked Daredevil (especially the R-rated cut), and it's probably one of my top 10 favorite superhero flicks. I never really got into Daredevil comics, so any inconsistencies didn't affect it for me.
On the other hand, I never liked what I read of the Iron Man comics and the movie kinda bored me as well (and I actually slept though most of Iron Man 2).

Worst Marvel: Anything FOX created (with exception to the first two X-Men films and Daredevil). Worst DC: Catwoman

I'm sure there might be worse but I hated Ghost Rider so much that it get's my vote. Horrible fight scenes, horrible acting, just a crap movie.

Spiderman 3.
I HATE this movie. It's like a 2 and a half episode of Days of Our Lives instead of Spiderman. Way too much soap opera stuff going on and the main villain (Venom) is on screen maybe 10 to 15 minutes throughout the entire film.
Sandman isn't on-screen that much either really. It's just all about Peter & Mary Jane's relationship...and it's not even interesting.

In terms of this list, Batman And Robin was damn near insulting. Personally? Both of the Fantastic Four movies... they touched the Fantastic Four fanboy in me inappropriately. I've never seen a lot of the movies on that list honestly. Though the reason I didn't vote for Spiderman 3 is that despite the lame stuff though out most of it, I did enjoy quite a few scenes in it, when Sandman got his powers, the first Sandman/Spider-Man fight, I even liked how they resolved the Henry Osborne and Sandman conflicts. Yeah Spider-Man didn't have some big drag down knockdown fight with him, but that scene where they understood each other was not too shabby. Watchmen did follow the comic book, and although I despised the comic book, I felt like the direction was good and really more just needed extra time to fill in more detail. Even though I also feel like the source material just isn't movie material in any way, shape, or form. Catwoman, and Spirit? Stupid like the kid who makes a youtube video of himself getting punched in the balls. Idiotic, and yet hilarious at the same time. Also you know what would have made X-Men Origins: Wolverine better? This... and roll credits...
