Ladies and Gents, I present to you the worst song of the 90s and candidate for worst cover ever. Some songs just don't need to be "dancified" and Strawberry Fields Forever is one of them.

Ok here is the, in my oppinion, most annoying song by a band, which after this song never did anything of importance ever again. Just let me get behind this flame and bulletproof shield before I click post. Ah ok here we go. Look into your heart. You know I`m right. So you're trying to tell me that SLTS is the only thing of importance Nirvana did? Ok then.

They never intended for that song to take off or anything. It goes against everything they stand for and they don't actually play it live because it's so popular. Ahh, nothing like the uber pretentious douchebag move of not playing your popular song live. What's next, going to a Men Without Hats show and not hearing Safety Dance?

You know, I can't post one in here, because there were so many shitty songs that came out in the 90's it made the 80's one hit wonders look like songs out of the Beatles Catalog.

*clears throat* Please forgive for my shouting here but.... ANY SONG THIS IS NOT THE MACARENA IS NOT THE WORST ONE HIT WONDER OF THE 1990'S! Seriously I hate that song I got a funny story about that. I was at a bar one night sitting by the DJ booth, and this young gal walked up. She wanted the DJ to play the Macarena and he said he didn't have it. She said, and I quote, "Of course you do, silly. It's sitting right there!" and pointed at a CD. The DJ (although he's a pretentious douchebag most of the time) handed me the cd and told me to break it. I said, "Well, I don't know ..." and he said, "It's my copy." I instantly shattered it in my hands in front of the gal who had a horrified look on her face. Well, if you speak in one of those high pitched voices and say the word silly like that, you're kind of asking for it.

Train's "Drops of Jupiter" has my vote. The song was horrible and it had crossover appeal, which meant it was on every radio station all the time. I've never heard this baby song before, so it couldn't have been that prevalent. I shall not hear a bad word about Drops of Jupiter. The rest of that album is painful, but I love that song. www.youtube.com/watch#!v=3YaStzbltk4&aIt only got to number 2, but words do not do justice as to how much I hate this song. No. No, no, no, no, no. NO. There will be NO trashing of Annerley Gordon 'round these parts. This was not her strongest effort (NOTHING she did under the name "Ann Lee" was), but all of the Italo/Euro work Miss Gordon did for Giancarlo Pasquini excuses her for anything she did as Ann Lee.

I believe he was being ironic. Hence the face. So you're trying to tell me that SLTS is the only thing of importance Nirvana did? Ok then. Yeah I was being ironic to some degree. See I am aware that Nirvana had a big impact on music, and that they indeed have recorded some great songs, BUT I really really really HATE SLTS. And as far as most of the public is concerned, SLTS is "this one song by Nirvana". So it does kinda count..

I freaking HATED that song. Our family used to go out to visit Ocean City, Maryland for a few weeks at a time over summer, and that freaking song was played EVERY YEAR at least once an hour on just about every radio station... I actually owned and loved this album, the rest of it doesn't sound like this No kidding, I still listen to it quite a bit. Cryptic Souls Crew is one hell of a great old school hip-hop track.

Ugh.. Offspring gives me a headache. I'll admit I don't like that song very much, but I'm a big Offspring fan and they weren't a one hit wonder. "Come Out and Play" and "Pretty Fly for a White Guy" say hi.
