I can't think of a song right now, so I'll just ask...
Am I the only one that thinks Mike Check kinda looks like Torgo from "'Manos': The Hands of Fate"?

I don't think Torgo would have a daughter when he spends his time clawing the Master's wives. Mike doesn't repeat himself either, he just talks slow. Mike doesn't repeat himself either, he just talks slow. And he can't go anywhere without using pillowpants or his haunting Torgo Love theme going with him. So I'm expecting him to be Mike Check the White and played by Michael J. Nelson in next week's episode.

HOWEVER: Mike Check worked in the El Paso market. Manos was 'made' in El Paso. Did Mike ever meet Hal Warren?

My tribute.
Does it make any sense to Mike's tragic demise? No. Is it high-larious? Si.
And I don't think he's quite dead yet.

I know I am a little late on this guys, but I am giving a song in memory of Mike Check. I couldn't find the original topic on the 06/26/09 update. So I will say this addition of wrestlecrap radio was a train wreck/one of the best shows. The Angrey Jim Ross segement was one of the best segements, and should be uploaded to youtube. But in honor of Mike Check! OH and by the way RD, that was a great song to play in his memory lol! With that being said, here is my song: www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R2GLQDLFtMSadly Mike Check did not "feel it in his blood."

With all of the call-ins on show 150, I thought for sure that Mike Check would turn up unscathed. You faked us out, RD and Blade.

Mike Check is not actually dead. Think about it: right before his final appearance, John Thomas called looking for him, right? And right before he died, he claimed to have never heard of John Thomas, but something in his demeanor was, shall we say, unconvincing. Putting two and two together: Mike Check faked his own death in order to lay low for a while and hide from the debt collector.
