1988 also had the Road Warriors - Powers of Pain feud that was cut short when POP took off for WWF.

I voted Booker T
I always just assumed The Undertaker messed with the briefcase. Either that or Paul Bearer.

Wasn't Team Madness behind the White Hummer in WCW, and when did The Book get the note? Because I vaguely recall WCW having Midnight as the answer to sumthin similar.

I remember Booker getting the note in late 2003. I can also recall on some Raw in January 2004 Kane attacked him, and would explain (I think) next week that he was angry that Booker got a chance to main event Wrestlemania XIX while he (because Undertaker eliminated him in the 2003 Royal Rumble) didn't. Book would in fact eliminate Kane at the next Rumble when the latter got distracted by the Undertaker's gong.
I had assumed that the note was from Kane implying that he remembered Booker getting the chance he should have.
I guess I was just covering for the writers though.

the driver of the hummer was Eric Bishoff, if I remember correctly. I think it was hime and Billy Kidman running away from Hogan, and they got in the hummer, and tried to run him over, and I think it was Shavonie(sp?) Who sais something along the lines. "We've seen that hummer before" and then they cut to commercial. Now I'm not 100% sure but I think thats the way it went down.

Eric Bischoff and Kidman does ring a bell, but Team Madness were also frequently driving the White Hummer when fueding with Sting. Sting was then revealed to be driving the White Hummer although he was a fake.

The suitcase was Bossman I think. yes. And people complain that WWe dumbs things down too much, when people couldn't even figure that out for what? 6 years? The stip was "No corporation members allowed". Bossman is kicked out of the corporation two weeks earlier. Night after pay per view, he comes back to the corporation. I now realize why WWe tries avoid subtley these days and now just blatantly tells you all their evils plans.

I now realize why WWe tries avoid subtley these days and now just blatantly tells you all their evils plans. Maybe it was McMahon trying to be subtle to the point where he is obtuse (even though I doubt it because McMahon has never been subtle) or maybe it is just that they did not mention it because they screwed up the storyline. 99% of the time when an angle is ignored in wrestling with no explanation (like with the brief case) it is because a piece of talent could not be signed or someone with political pull nixed the angle. I for one figured at the time it was the Bossman (we are not all that dumb), but just felt it was an unsatisfying resolution to a plot that was obviously intended to be much more. Bossman was not over enough at that time to justify being the antagonist in that angle or to get a rub off of Austin and since it led to no actual matches (as all angles should) it was a pointless cop out, By the way, Lenny, I am marking out huge for that picture you have of a naked Jillian Hall and I endorse your petition to get her to Raw (that picture shows that her talents, and ass, are being wasted on the B show).

Who can ever forget DDP's mysterious benefactor when he was down on his luck after Kimberly bolted with a huge sum of money? Wasn't Raven later implied to be the benefactor?

I thought Raven was involved in WCW long after this and was just starting his big ECW run at this time, but I may very well be mistaken.
