I'd rather see more Kitchen Nightmares. I like both shows, but Nightmares is typically funner. ;D I like Kitchen Nightmares, but I definitely prefer Hell's Kitchen. My reason is, I mainly watch it for the train wrecks. Sure, I do pick a favorite and root for them to win, especially if they end up sticking it to someone I dislike. But, I absolutely love watching the cooks screw up and get reamed by Ramsey. I also love the fact that it's pretty much the inverse of other train wrecks, including Kitchen Nightmares. Generally, a show like that or Hoarders or Intervention, etc,... will show the train wreck right away, show how bad it has gotten, then it gets to recovery. Granted, not all the recoveries take and there's a few good late-episode train wrecks that occur. But with Hell's Kitchen, you just KNOW the shit's gonna hit the fan during service, so it keeps me interested the entire hour, rather than hooking me in for 20 minutes the boring me with the feel-good "Oh, now we're so much better off" stuff.

They seem more promising than last season's as a whole. Except for the one-armed dude last season had to be the all-time worst roster. They got it SHUT DOWN more than any other group!

Damn, I had to work late and thought it was on at 9. Got home and caught the last 15 minutes. Sucks man.
I just have to wait until Fox posts it on their website.

The first time the men are the losing team, Salvatore is going to be the first to go. A guy who loves his Italian accent and yet can't cook Italian food (or apparently any food) truly needs to leave.

They often keep the the more entertaining and inept characters longer, but they are usually kicked off before the real competition starts.

I don't know who's gonna win, but Autumn is sexy as hell. That is all.
Maria appears to be this seasons' Lacey.

Andrew creeps the hell out of me. A guy who enjoys butchering animals? What a friggin psychopath.
And I second Autumn being hot.

Thought I'd bump this with 2 memorable moments from the past. First from last season is probably the biggest idiot on the show for running his mouth, Joseph (lots of censored language ahead)
and second, from season 3, the wedding task. Each team had to spend $100 in a supermarket for ingrediants for 3 dishes for a wedding: An appetizer, a fish dish, and a meat dish. What makes this memorable is the reveal of the ladies meat dish at 3:19

I'm going to build off of that wedding disaster and bring on the best elimination ever. It's Josh from Hell's Kitchen Season 3.
Oh, Yeah Major Language Warning here, since it's uncensored.

Possibly the greatest Hell's Kitchen moment ever.
Language Warning and the sound goes really quiet at the end.

Ah yes, Hell's Kitchen. One of the few reality shows I really like, and one of the few COOKING shows I can stand to watch. I think it's because Ramsey comes off as such an asshole at times that he comes right back over to being amazing.
Plus, I gotta admit, I loved that they gave the big guy from Season 5 a second chance, and while he didn't win it again last season, it was just amazing that they even did it in the first place. It also helped that he was always hilarious to listen to, which is a huge bonus for me.

what i hate more then anything is when person A says to person B "just send it out now!"
and person B say "But I know it's not ready."
B is forced to send it and B is the one who gets yelled at.
is happened on the series premire and it happens at least 20 times every season.

I hope Salvatore stays around for a little bit, the guys need someone to sabotage their morale. The women in this ed. don't seem like they'd do well otherwise.
