I remember someone (I think it was Booker T) found a yellow envelope in their dressing room that said something. I can't quite remember much of it, it was about 5 or so years ago on RAW. But I do remember nothing lead up from that. It said..."I Still Remember." And Booker got pissed off for whatever reason.... ...nothing happened. Yeah I remember that lol Does make you wonder where all these storylines were supposed to go and what bizarre storylines never got the go ahead. How things could be different

Ric Flair becoming Austin's assistant. Edge's mystery attacker at No way put. Did Booker T ever returned the favour to Orton? Not positive, but I think Austin walked out right after that Flair storyline. Also, I think Edge's attacker was Team Angle. I know Austin walked out, but it was just never mentioned. I was hoping that when he came back at No Way Out 2003, he' would have went to Flair and say "Hey! You're still my servant! b****!" Was Team Angle ever revealed to be the attacker?

Ah, guess I never heard about it being Bossman. Anyway, wasn't GTV revealed to be one of the Headbangers? I wanna say it was Thrasher behind it. Yeah but then afterwards it game back to show Mark Henry in bed w/ Mae Young & for the last time when it busted Eddie Guerrero in the shower w/ Mandy & Victoria. Thrasher's name wasnt even mentioned so I guess they forgot about it too. They never said directly that Bossman raised the briefcase. Yea thats an easy conclusion to draw but they never up and said it. I'm pretty sure that the prevalent internet rumor at the time was that it was supposed to me Glenn Ruth, AKA Thrasher, but I don't think anyone involved with the angle ever said anything like that. AFAIK, it's just a rumor turning into an accepted truth. IIRC, this is the angle that Vince Russo wanted to bring Tom Green in for, who was white hot at the time, but it was nixed because Vince didn't know who he was.

I thought GDTV was supposed to be Goldust? But he went to WCW so that part of it was dropped but they just carried on as GTV.

First one that comes to mind: Storyline: Ric Flair shows up on WWF TV with the NWA World Championship, proclaims himself "The Real World's Heavyweight Champion", and challenges WWF Champion Hulk Hogan to a match to determine who really is the best. Payoff: A few MSG matches and then forgotten due to supposed poor sales or reception from fans at the house shows. Agreed, Hogan is in WWF, he's the WWF Champion, Flair comes in from WCW, claiming he's the REAL World Heavyweight Champion. We got two men and two belts, both claiming they are the rightful Champion. Only one man can claim he's The World Champion. If I had it my way, we'd have a title unification match at Wrestlemania 8 between Hogan and Flair. Only one man would walk out the Undisputed WWF Champion.

Although they could've just done a non-title match at WM but that would've defeated the purpose of the feud

I forget but was there ever a follow up after Hawk fell off the titantron? Even as a mark it was blatantly obvious to see that Droz pushed Hawk down.

Now that i think of it... was there ever a big blowoff on the Undertaker screwjob angle? They kept strongly suggesting Vince was behind it.. you had the epic Teddy Long kidnapping, but I can't recall any real reason given for the thing, or a blowoff happening. CM Punk went on to start his SES and Taker went into a different feud. Yeah, that just kinda fizzled out in the end. After that episode where Armstrong chickened out of the conspiracy to get Punk the belt back, Vince stopped showing up on SD, and Punk's beef with Armstrong led into the R-Truth mini-feud. My guess is that the angle was scrapped when Bret agreed to come on board, because Vince started showing up on RAW to plant the first seeds for the Bret vs. Vince feud soon after.

When Shelton raised Kozlov's hand on the Abraham Washington show on the last ECW. Looked like it was going somewhere, but it was totally random.

I believe the fake Kane story came to an end. It was a stupid and rushed ending, but it was an ending. Kane revealed Fake Kane was a person from his childhood who he feared when he was young. On a Raw Fake Kane(Luke Gallows) faced off against real Kane(it was a fight since the two never had an offical match). Kane beat up Fake Kane badly and tossed him out of the arena and told him not to come back. The fake Kane was never seen again.
I would argue that Vade Hansen never actuly debuted. He appeared in one vinget and was never mentioned again. It was a cool vinget though.

Wasn't there that time Billy Kidman knocked out Chavo and then Chavo came back as a face and said a friend helped him return and then a month or so later he was a heel facing Funaki but never formaly changed back. Did they ever actually clear that upcause I can't remember if they did?

I don't know if it's been mentioned but how about the Mr. McMahon is dead storyline? Vince gets into an exploding limo and Stephanie & Shane have a segment a week or so later for his "funeral" in which the crowd craps all over it.
Then Benoit goes bonkers and kills his wife and little boy before offing himself and it's never mentioned on air again. That's probably the most memorable forgotten storyline but for all the wrong reasons though.

The angle was already in trouble with Sheri's passing, Benoit killing his family just nailed the angle coffin shut, and poured cement on it.
