Yeah, I'd say it's weird.......but that's just me.

Don't think it's weird, personally - clearly just not his type of music.
Personally, I think the Who are worth approx 3 Rolling Stones, or 9 KISS, but that's my opinion.

I ain't angry at yea because its only Rock and Roll (but I like it) but I do get such Satisfaction from it despite what My Generation might say. There are the nights where I Rock and Roll all night and Party Everyday but its depends where as some places are Teenage Wasteland like this one place called Baba O'Riley where I go with my friend Tommy because they have a pinball machine there and he's a Pinball Wizard. One night Jumpin Jack took a picture and because Jumpin Jack's Flash I was momentarily blinded. But now I Can See for Miles. The next day I got a phone call and it was London Calling but sadly she didn't say I was Made For Loving You.

If you want to know the names of their songs you could go to Wikipedia and look them up.

You don't still sell out arenas after 35 years based off of 1 or 2 good songs, it just doesn't happen. But then again KISS is a band that there seems like there is no middle ground, you either love them or hate them.

KISS I could maybe understand, cos I think most people will remember their image more than their music. Although how someone couldn't be familiar with My Generation or Paint It Black or whatever is beyond me.

In this day and age of Song ID software, Itunes, Ipods, and internet radio...this is almost a tragedy. The technology is out there. To the OP: Can you name any songs by Black Sabbath? No I cannot. Though I imagine I've heard songs from them. I don't mean this sarcastically, but maybe this will shed some light on things ... How old are you? Cause if you're, say, 15, okay, free pass. If you're 29 ... some heads are gonna roll. Jed Shaffer ~Probably pointless making a classic rock reference to end the post, but I had to.

Also this proved my lack of Kiss knowledge as I had to look up one of their songs since I didn't want to use Detroit Rock City

...song. Not a single one of them. I'm sure I've heard songs from all three of them, but I can't name any single song off hand. Is that weird? Kiss I can see, although the song where they go "Lick it Up, Lick it Up, oh oh oh" is a tough one to remember. The Who I can see a bit, even though one of their most popular songs has their band name in it. Still, they had a ton of hits. But the Rolling Stones have had a gazillion hits. That one is hard to imagine.

And if I thought any of there songs I've heard were good enough to warrant a "That was cool, I wonder who sang that." Then I'd obviously know. So, in essence, what I ment is...I've probably heard songs from KISS, The Rolling Stones, and the Who, but thought they sucked to much care enough to look for more or who did it. Though I do like older rock music, so it's not like I'm some 15 year old kid who only likes Lady Gaga and Justin Beiber.
