Flair's was good, and I really want to get London and Kendrick's just because of how odd their behavior is.

The three Cornette/Heenan ones are fantastic, and Cornette/Percy Pringle is tremendous as well.
Really, anything involving Gary Hart. It pains me that I never got to meet the man, as he appeared at Fanfest '07, I attended my first in '08, and he passed away in between. I could sit and listen to Gary Hart talk about wrestling for hours at a time. Plus he was very open and honest, not afraid to speak out if he didn't like someone, but he'd always explain why and also acknowledge their positive attributes (if he felt they had any) as well as his own possible role in why they didn't get along. No bitterness, either, which is nice.
Ricky Morton had one that was funny as well as just interesting.
I'm a big fan of Robert Fuller's shoot. Colonel Parker wasn't much of a stretch for him, really.

Question for you guys - I'm DEAD broke so can't usually afford shoots, but have been considering splitting the cost to buy one shoot interview with a friend. If you could pick just one, which would it be? I'd rather have a lighthearted, funny, but still insightful shoot as opposed to a depressing and insightful one (like Terry Gordy, as somebody mentioned). Well, you might of seen it but last call with raven and sandman is a good example of light hearted and funny and still kinda insightful. Actually,I pretty much rarely ever buy shoots, but I even saw last call with raven and sandman at a best buy for like..ten bucks and i never have seen a shoot from a store outside of the internet so i guess that must mean something? I dont know. on amazon its on used at 6 dollars 15 cents plus 3 dollars shipping. Id recomend like any of the roh straight shooting team up stuff, like samoa joe and cm punk and jim cornette and bobby heenan. Theyre listed at 2 bucks a piece on the roh store. Hope that kinda helps.

Haven't watched any in a very long time, but my favorites are still the original 4-hour Jim Cornette shoot and the Eddie Gilbert shoot, the very first shoot video. From a technical standpoint, it wasn't up to what they're like now (darkly lit hotel room, can barely see him at times), but it's still one of the best. I'm also partial to the the Jack Brisco one, simply because - while Brisco isn't a favorite of mine - it is on another level from most I see in terms of camera work and the ability of the interviewer to ask the right questions and actually follow them up. None of that "what was __________ like" or having to be corrected a thousand times for getting facts wrong.

. Theyre listed at 2 bucks a piece on the roh store. Thanks for the heads up on that. I'm set on Cornette/Heenan, but I did end finding 6 that I wanted, all at $2 each. That's hard to beat.

At $2/each at the ROH store, the following are a steal:
Straight Shootin' with Jim Mitchell. Straight Shootin’ with Percy Pringle Vol. 2. Straight Shootin' with Jim Cornette & Percy Pringle. Straight Shootin’ with Jim Cornette & Bill Watts. and Secrets of the Ring with Al Snow.

Any Cornette or Honky Tonk Man shoots. Both of their Kayfabe Commentary shoots were really good.
The Art of Managing with Oliver Humperdink and Gary Hart. Two guys answering any question you could think of about managing.
Robert Fuller - He is so very charismatic and animated in his shoot.
I also liked Jerry Lawler's shoot.
I hated Billy Jack Haynes's shoot as it was just depressing and disgusting to watch.

raven and nash have done some uproariously funny ones. nash's include stories about the iron sheik and the kliq, while clips of raven's have been in botchamania for narrative effect. also, what did maria say in hers? (need to know in case i want to buy it.... )

Rick Martel's if you are looking for the most positive shoot interview ever.
He only speaks negatively of two guys: Tom Zenk (Well, at least that's mutual), and Verne Gagne (very shortly, saying he was too conservative.)
Other than that, everybody in wrestling is awesome. This will make you feel good as a fan.
Doing it with a big smile on his face and his model good looks, on top of that. It's a beautiful thing to see, a guy that had a 20+ years career and can retire happily after it to smell the roses, be with his wife and kid and see the world from another angle than a tour bus window.

Tatanka also has a positive shoot interview, he doesn't bad mouth ANYONE and any bad stories are 'well I heard it, but he was always a great guy to me in the locker room'. I really liked it.
Val Venis, Hardcore Holly, Al Snow, and Mabel/Viscera also had great shoot interviews.

(need to know in case i want to buy it.... ) She called Melina a w****, because of her attitude backstage. She said Melina and Mickie absolutely despised each other, and would often get in fights bakstage. She also said she hated being on Smackdown. I'd consider buying it, mostly because I like Maria, and it's fun to here the divas aren't pefect, smiling princesses.

Anyone know where you can get the Punk/Joe shoot? I 've never seen it on sale at ROH.com, and I want that one bad.
Going off that, where do you usually buy shoots? I know Highspots sells Shoots, but that's the only website I know.

Belive it or not but Ian Rotten's shoot was one of the best I have seen. He has been all over the place and it is very detailed. I have always herd great things about Scott Hall's first shoot, how is it?

If you haven't seen Kevin Nash's shoot, you should seek it out, seemed like a great dude, funny, honest...some highlights from it below...
- admitting being a dick and wishing he'd been a nicer person
- laughing at the fans who say he booked himself to end Goldberg's undefeated streak, when he hadn't even started booking yet, and making the point that he didn't even beat Goldberg clean and they did a ton of stuff to protect him in defeat.
- thinks that the fans are still pissed about the Fingerpoke of Doom today because WCW swerved them, and that said fans are still angry about being swerved by it, and Kev even asks if they would have rather seen Hogan v Nash instead..."that would be a barnburner".
- doesn't know how a wrestling fan that's never wrestled a match in his life can say how good a worker someone is, or define what a good worker is, as it would be like someone saying "this guy's the best surgeon in the world" when you've never performed an op yourself.
- thinks Thunder was WCW's "Waterloo", and that having 3 hour Nitro's wasn't the brightest idea either.
