From TNA's site, not the best picture to put on there IMO Well, last time we saw X Pac on all fours he was underneath Chyna, so I guess this is a step in the right direction for him too.

I dunno, man. "Under Chyna"/"Sandwiched between Hall and Eric Young" seems like kind of a "bad news/bad news" situation.

TNA has came a long way since Hogan joined the business, as the current headlining news of the company is that one of their current wrestlers is actually in decent body condition.

BTW every time Scott Hall busts out the "Hey, Yo", I can only think of one thing. Hope someone gets the reference. I don't get the reference, but for some reason, I wanna dip my balls in it.

The fat face is probably a sign of steroids, or being older, but yeah he didn't look bad. Of course it'd be better if he was kind of round but totally clean. Maybe that's the case now. The face is one of the last places that fat disappears from. If he keeps training, it'll slim down soon.

IMO it's kind of inevitable. If I were a wrestler, the last thing I would want to do is be out there bumbling around in front of everybody with my fat ass. He knows where he needs to be. Looks like he's working to get there.
Hell, Knobbs seems to be working at it too. His body might not show it, but his ring movement is starting to.

He cut down I can tell, instead of three pack of beer he went down to two and 3/4 packs a night.
But seriously, it's good he's decided to get himself into decent shape.

I was amazed how "in-shape" he looked when they showed the PPV footage on Impact.
During the Razor/NWO period, after he slimmed down from his roided up AWA days, he always was listed around 6-6 or 6-7, and 270-290 pounds...but, in his late 1990s mugshot/police report thing, it said he was only 6-5 and 220 pounds. So, in his prime, he was around the size of Peyton Manning or Philip Rivers.
Right now, I'd say he's down around 265-270, which is great considering newsletters (and I think he himself) said he was well over 300 a few years ago. He said in that latest YouTube clip that he needed to be 255 to "look good".
At his age (and especially if he drinks every day), it's tough to lose weight, but if you hit the gym, do a bunch of cardio, and cut out the booze for a few weeks, you can drop a ton of water weight that your body's been hoarding (assuming he'd still been drinking quite a bit...which I think is generally the assumption with Hall).
I'd like to see the dude stick around in some capacity. In shoots he's done, I've always thought that he had a great mind for the wrestling business. I've always been a huge fan. It's a shame he can't stay out of trouble.
But, good for Hall that he showed up in shape (and showed up at all). I don't want to see him have one last run on top, but it'd be nice to see him have one last run where he doesn't screw it up, and segue that into becoming an agent, booker, or commentator (all of which he's said interested in doing, but nobody on the business side trusts him except for Bischoff, Hogan, and to a lesser extent, maybe Jeff Jarrett).

Too say that I was happy to see him look like this is an understatement... Fair enough. Still, I think they'd be better served making him wear some shorts and a shirt, though.

From TNA's site, not the best picture to put on there IMO That is a beer gut. You cant see it when Hall is sucking it in, that picture is just taken at an inopportune moment. About the only way Hall could get rid of that is to stop drinking beer, and we all know that isn't gonna happen. He looked in surprisingly good shape though.
