Yeah, didn't Bob Orton purportedly have a touch of the hep? Thus the issue with the Undertaker and bleeding? I hope he gets this (and the associated factors) under control.

This could be a positive for Waltman, as insane as that sounds. But, here's why.
My doctor felt thought I had hepititis c, because I had elevated liver enzymes. Now, he feels it's because of rhemotoid arthritis, but that was pretty scary. It was odd too, because I haven't had unprotected sex since like, 06, and that's the primary way of getting it, though any contact with blood, such as a transfusion can do the job.
What does this mean? Any and all drugs he does, like, drinking and recreational drugs, if he does any of that, has to be stopped, because all of that goes through the liver, and the liver is the main organ affected by hep c. Even perscription medications can be viewed as poison to the liver and filtered out accordingly. So, maybe this could help Sean clean up, if he hasn't done so already.

I'm just relieved it's not HIV; that's the first thing that jumped to mind when Pac's health issues were first brought up. Best wishes go out to Waltman. Actually contrary to popular belief its very hard to gets AIDS. And compared to AIDS hep C is a lot easier to get. Depending on what method you come into contact with someone AIDS your odds of getting AIDS are between 1 in 2000 and 1 in 300. While Hep C has a 15% infection rate when there is direct sexual contact which is higher then any way you can contract AIDS. All in all Hep C is pretty bad I hope he caught it early because if treated late it could be fatal and rare strands could be fatal as well. Hep C has a very low mortality rate compared to AIDS but its a lot easier to infect others with it. I hope Waltman got treatment at the right time and is able to lay off Alcohol (Which causes Hep C to spread and become worse).

Indeed Bob Ortan did, and boy oh boy was Big Evil pissed off when he found out 'bout it. This of course being after Bob and 'Taker were involved in an angle that saw the latter bleed all over the place. It was during the build up to Randy v. Undertaker at 'Mania a few years back that this all took place.

I really doubt they actually had him blade to the severity of causing a huge puddle of blood for a 10 second backstage segment, especially after they knew he had hepc. But doing that, even if it is fake blood, is still ridiculous on the part of TNA.

Its fake blood it wasn't inside Waltman at all how could it have hep C in it? Was it in bad taste? Maybe but that would be a real big stretch.

Hope he will be ok,its a real shame. The guy had great talent to be bigger then he was during the 90s but he is just another who has fallen to personal demons and a bad lifestyle. All we can do is wish him well and hope he makes a better life for himself.Good luck to him.

The suicide thing was a while back, I remember Nash talking about it Sean denied it at first.....he claimed he took an "accidental" mixture of bad pills. I'm glad he's not wrestling right now because he would put everyone at risk. This may be the end of his career and if it is then it sucks for him to end it this way.

Take a look at the infection rate in South Africa. There is a very strong correlation between having any other existing sexually transmitted disease and the infection rate of HIV.

It's also possible that he had it for a long time and is just now showing signs. That can happen with diseases like this. Pretty much everyone who had sex with him is at risk because he doesn't know when he got it. Maybe he does though.

Very unfrtunate, I hope he gets well (or as well as he can get). From an in-ring standpoint - jeez, the one member of The Band that could still work, and he's out indefinitely.

Hopefully he gets his life in order further and gets better soon and doesn't get worse or anything.
He needs help....he has to realize that.
