Is that actually how it happened? He got canned instead of leaving? IIRC that's what happened on the show. Remember that interview where Krystal Lashley trashed pro-wrestling in general? Yeah. Well, remember the pay off to it?

I don't think he has the heart, passion or drive for anything other then maybe working out.

The guy is an ex-WWE which means Russo values him more then anyone TNA has ever pushed. However the guy was more into MMA then TNA.
Any company isn't going to put resources into pushing a guy who isn't going to give them a full commitment.

He was a lot better as "The Boss" in TNA than "Poopy pants" Lashley in WWE. Out of curiousity, how do you figure that? He just seemed more legit. TNA seemed to excentuate the positive, (power moves, legit fighting background) rather than have him talk and act a lot like in WWE (which he can't do without looking awkward - No!, bastard, My dad's uncle etc). He seemed more like a bad ass in TNA, and "The Boss" name really helped that. By comparison, in WWE he was booked as "Hard Hitting, Soft Spoken" which made him sound as threatening as a teddy bear. Of course he achieved a lot more in WWE, but I think TNA had a better understanding of what he should be wheras WWE tried to force him into what they wanted him to be even if he wasn't.

Was surprised when he was let go tbh. I guess his heart wasn't really in the wrestling.
LOVE love love Krystal as a heel mouthpiece to a face wrestler. I thought they were going somewhere interesting with it....but no.
He seemed like a guy Hogan would really get behind...I think Lashley is money waiting to be made.
