The Rock, not the greatest in ring talent, but he is probably the most charismatic person, not just wrestler I have ever seen

Scott Hall is one that I don't has been named yet. The man just had "it" which is why he got so many chances. Same with Warrior in my book.

NOBODY, I repeat NOBODY had the charisma of Randy Savage.
Not Ric Flair.
Not The Rock.
Not Chris Jericho.
Not Piper. Although all close.
The Macho Man would just light up the room during every interview, and even in every match he was in he did so much s*** that defines the word.
Sure, IM A MARK but the fact that some people are even making lists and leaving him off is downright insulting.

-Macho Man Randy Savage -Hulk Hogan -Dusty Rhodes -Ric Flair -Chris Jericho -Ted DiBiase SR. -Rowdy Roddy Piper -Trips -Bret "Hitman" Hart (not at first, but around '93 he became great at promos and had a lot of charisma) -The Rock -Stone Cold and even -Cena, who I don't like but I could never take his charisma away from him. He's incredible in that sense.
and there's so many others!!! Mr. Perfect, Eddie Guerrero, etc....

And one that hasn't been mentioned yet: Jake The Snake Roberts - a cold, calculating charisma.

BTW, I think Randy Orton has, what one might call, "subtle charisma". And shame on me for leaving off Ted DiBiase, the ORIGINAL Million Dollar Man!

Ultimate Warrior really ranks high... maybe not as far as actual mic skills, but he had that intangible about him. Whatever "it" is, Warrior certainly had. People were CRAZY for him. I'm willing to bet even now if his music hit at a WWE show, it'd get a good pop.
