On a SRS note, you can't go wrong with "WITH GOD AS MY WITNESS, HE HAS BEEN BROKEN IN HALF!", "Chris Benoit's 18-year odyssey has come to an end" (even in light of what happened), and "The boyhood dream has come true for Shawn Michaels!" For the bad? Michael Cole, full stop.

Still a bad idea to use the word "literally" during a wrestling match. Anyway, I'm surprised no one has brought up this gem. "Lita jerking Edge off... the ladder!" - JR, WM XVII In all seriousness, aside from other famous lines in this thread, I'd have to go with Monsoon saying "The irresistible force meeting the immovable object," right at the start of the Hogan Andre match at WM III. |

The top spot is either "Make yourself famous kid!" by JR on the 2001 RAW ladder match (you know the one), or Micheal Cole's whole spiel upon Mankind's first WWE title win (frankly, that call alone makes up for everything else Cole has done).

some of jbl's lines were ok:
"his day just got worse" at mo mercy 2006 when benoit came back
"and that means we still got one hell of a match" at the 07 rumble when it was down to hbk and undertaker.

No, nothing Cole has said is worse. At least stuff he says, you can pick apart and laugh at.
Inexcusable would probably be what Styles said about Mike Awesome. Awesome could of lived to be 100 and die of old age, and it'd still be a crass line said by someone who should leave their baggage backstage and call the match.
