I sincerely hope the main event ends with NXT laying out all 4 guys and Barrett holing the belt over his head. I also hope they torture Bret some more.

I hate using the the lines best or worst ever, but this has to be one of the worst bulit WWE PPV's EVER!
WWE Championship Match: 3 Main Events and Sheamus whose getting close to that every week. This is out shined by the NXT angle.
World Heavyweight Championship Match: Can be a very good match, but overshadowed by Kane whose not in the match and The Undertaker storyline.
The rest of the card minus the the IC match has barely been bulit up and this PPV had 4 WEEKS to bulid and well it did some it took the final week to announce the other matches other then the 2 Main Events.
Also about the IC well it's probably the best bulid up, the match itself has been overshadowed by the Matt Hardy involvement.

What's going to happen with NXT at the PPV? They've given a deadline to Bret and assaulted him as well. Any ideas?

My guess is interfere in the WWE Championship Fatal 4 Way.
They seem to be leaving SmackDown alone, for whatever reason.

They seem to be leaving SmackDown alone, for whatever reason. They've realized quickly that WWE management seems to care only about Raw.

I think both main events will contain some sort of interference, Kane in the Smackdown! one and [N] demolishing RAW's.

Have they made the build bad on purpose? I can't think why but it seems that way to me.

To me WWE just didn't care for this PPV probably because the knew this wasn't a good gimmick, hence them overshadowing it with the NXT & Taker storylines to try and add something to it.

I see it that way too, but are they that lazy to make all the title matches fatal four ways? But I guess they'll tweak some matches or add some like they have been lately.

Have they made the build bad on purpose? I can't think why but it seems that way to me. We had two high-profile injuries in the last month (Undertaker and Orton, though it looks like the latter is going to be able to compete), which probably left the bookers scrambling for alternatives. The Smackdown main event scene, in particular, was probably going to revolve around a big Undertaker feud for the next few months at least, and now that's off. And RAW was stuck building up their three hour show and the NXT debut (which couldn't start until after season 1 wrapped up), though that still doesn't excuse nonsensical crap like the sudden hot-potatoing of the US belt. Another odd point... all the announced matches are title matches. I realize that's because it's simpler to book a title match than to come up with an actual feud with a storyline behind it, but isn't this going to infringe on Night of Champions' gimmick?

Nah, they do that fairly frequent - difference is that Night of Champions has all the titles up. Hell, year they introduced Night of Champions the Backlash that year was nothing but title matches.

Still mad there's only five matches, I guess the two World Title matches are going long.

I wouldn't be surprised if another match was added after the show started like Miz Vs. MVP at both the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber.

yeah I could see some of the NXT 'radicals' been put in a tag match with Raw superstars to win a contract as part of the first segment of the night.

Figure they'll likely add a Harts / Usos match mid-show too, maybe after another brawl breaks out between them.
If they do, don't know what team to root for. On one hand, the Harts suck. On the other hand, so do the Usos.
Eh, at least they're not getting much screentime these days anyway.
