Gus, your card seems to be... off, especially for it being the second biggest PPV of the year for the WWE historically.
The scramble matches won't see their way into this PPV. Those types of matches are clusterschmozz's and they don't need that at this PPV.
The Miz will likely hang on to his briefcase, since everyone else who held it (sans Mr. Kennedy but that was all his fault) held it until they cashed it in. They won't force him to give it up and effectively put the brakes on his push.
The tag match also has parts that shouldn't exist yet (The Nexus since they're still one unit). At most, it'll be a fatal four way (cutting out Kozlov and Marella in the process).
As for my predictions for SummerSlam:
WWE Championship Match: Sheamus (c) vs. John Cena- the LAST time that Cena can face Sheamus for the title; The Nexus are banned from ringside (if they show up, they get a 90 day suspension); Triple H as special guest referee or enforcer
World Heavyweight Championship Match: Kane (c) vs. The Undertaker- Buried Alive match
Intercontinental Championship: Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Women's Championship: Alicia Fox (c) vs. Melina (she's already doing things in FCW; it's a matter of time before she's back)
There's bound to be a few other matches in there, maybe one more women's match, and of course, shenanigans with The Nexus.

Gus, I don't know if you have watched SmackDown in the last month, but it's been completely ruled out that the SES had any involvement with The Undertaker.
Also, if what you say about Trips passes, there could be an instance where The Nexus puts its nose in where it doesn't belong. Trips doesn't care since he's the GM, turns on Cena, and Sheamus once again pulls out the victory forcing Cena to fight The Nexus one after another until he gets to Barrett at Hell in the Cell in October.
The women's scramble seems odd still. Serena hasn't shown on WWE TV that she can wrestle, and given the current story, it would just be odd for her to do so. I do believe there will be a match for the Women's Championship at the PPV, but no more than a triple threat with Layla vs. Kelly^2 vs. Tiffany (or maybe just a singles with Tiffany vs. Layla). In the match, they can start the inner turmoil between Layla and McCool which would boil right into Night of Champions.
I'd be okay with The Miz facing off against Orton or Edge, but not for the briefcase.
As for "rehashing" the feud between Taker and Kane: there's pretty much a fairly well-built program with that right now since Kane's accusing everyone of being the one who put Taker into a carrot-like state (or is it celery?). However, repressed memories will probably start surfacing Friday and it will be found out that Kane did it all along giving Taker the perfect opportunity to punish Kane for his wrongdoings.

For Kane vs. Taker: has it ever been for Kane's title? No. He held it once, and lost it to SCSA the next night. That's where things can change and make it an exciting match... for once.
As for Nexus vs. Cena: of course Cena has a big old target painted on his back via The Nexus. Say during the match Triple H gets knocked out. Then, The Nexus comes down, beats up on Cena and Sheamus runs off, title in tow. When Trips gets up, they both realize what happen. As they both attempt to go to the back, Triple H pulls him back, kicks him in the gut, and Pedigree's him.

All we know is Nexus is a shoein, Taker is 95 percent likely and HHH could make a non-wrestling appearance as GM.

John Cena and 6 members of team RAW as enforcers Vs Wade Barrett and the nexus 6 in a lumberjack match. If the Survivor Series has truly gotten a reprieve as I have heard.... I would think they would save this for that PPV wouldn't they or would that be dragging it out too long?

I figure it's going to be -
Sheamus vs. Orton Undertaker vs. Kane R-Truth vs. The Miz Hart Travesty vs. Curt Hawkins & Big Curt Hawkins Cena vs. Barrett, probably in a lumberjack match Alicia Fox vs. Melina Swagger vs. Rey Edge vs. Jericho
That last one's just since they've been paired up a lot lately and they're too big to leave off of the card but are doing absolutely nothing. So yeah, I figure the card will look like this.
Related, I figure this show is going to suck ass.
