I just found this picture of Jimmy Yang with a blonde girl named Amy Zidian. Who is she and how long was she with him? I have no idea who she is....

She was a Diva Search participant, who was with Jimmy for about as long as it took for me to type this response.

Watched Jimmy Yang's shoot recently and he said that one of the reasons she was fired was because she introduced herself to Stephanie and then asked Steph what her name was. She also did not Vickieor asked her why she had a job or something along these lines.

You know, not EVERYONE knows who Stephanie McMahon and Vickie Guerrero are ... is that really a reason to fire someone?!

Oh yes, her. She was a Diva Search Contestant the year Layla won. The story of her departure is the stuff of legends, although how much of it is true and how much of it is typical Internet exaggeration and garbage is unknown.
In her month in the WWE, she supposedly had already gotten heat with Layla over bragging about how she didn't have to win the Diva Search contest to get a contract. Then pissed off either Mickie James or Melena (can't remember which) by bragging how she got hired even though she didn't know how to wrestle. On her last night with the company she supposedly told Vickie Guerrero "I thought you had to be in shape to be a Diva?". At this point Stephanie McMahon took her aside to try to calm her down and Amy responded with the epic line "and who are you?". And in case your confused, she didn't mean it in a way to challenge Steph's authority or anything like that, she genuinely had no idea who Stephanie was. She was never seen again after that.

Well considering that Stephanie is probably the most high-profile female in the business in the last 10 years and was HER BOSS, then yeah, Amy should've known who she was. It's not like she ran into Tony Garea in the back and blanked out. I know the WWE has hired some doozies off of the Diva Search in the past, but almost all of them atleast tried to take the job seriously and familiarized themselves to some degree with what was happening in the WWE. Not knowing who Stephanie McMahon is in that situation just shows you plain don't care.

*Looks at picture and starts drooling*
I'm sorry...what was your question?
If I recall, she was only around one episode of Smackdown and was let go.

You know, not EVERYONE knows who Stephanie McMahon and Vickie Guerrero are ... is that really a reason to fire someone?! I think it was mostly to do with her attitude. However, if you've just got a job with the WWE, you should know the name of everyone on the roster at least (including Vickie who, at that time, had just started her TV role). Not knowing who Stephanie McMahon is, is just ridiculous. That was a problem with the post-Diva Search/model hirings; alot of them didn't know anything about wrestling. During a Diva Search one of the contestants had a print out with all the wrestler's names and pictures on it so she knew who everyone was. At least she bothered, but why enter a company you know nothing about? Some people may dislike Michelle McCool, Layla, Candice, Maryse, Eve and so on, but they're the women who stayed the course because they actually knew stuff about wrestling. Remember Rochelle Lowen? Lauren Jones? They knew nothing about wrestling and lasted mere weeks. Same with Zidian here.

I guess I can understand why not knowing who Stephanie McMahon was might get you into some trouble. A lot of it, as mentioned, might have had to do with her attitude towards the whole situation. If she had walked up to Steph and said, "excuse me, I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting..." as opposed to, "and who do you think you are?!" she might have been seen in a different light.
Some of this probably lies on the shoulders of who was producing the Diva Search contests. Let's say it was Kevin Dunn or Big (from Tough Enough) ... to me, they'd be responsible for taking these new Divas around and introducing them to everyone. And then it would be up to each Diva to remember and respect each employee after that.

isn't she the one who gained like a billion pounds after she was released, and a picture of her all swollen up popped up on the internet and it was horrifying?

Wasn't that Kristal and she called Matt Stryker her dog or something? IDK, but I remember her saying to Ashley "I came in fourth, bitch!" on Smackdown and it was kinda funny to see her over react. As for Ms. Zidian, if you don't know the name of your employer, and talk disrespectful to your co-workers, you deserve to be fired.

Wasn't she the one in the hilarious photo someone posted on here from one of those women's wrestling shows that's all about t&a with the weird dude in the background with his hands in his pockets?

Ah yes, "The Loose Cannon" Amy Zidian. If she was "loose" enough someone probably had a lucky cannon for the short time that she was employed.
