This one I agree with but also....................... Jericho's lackey Cade who soon after being put over by Shawn Michaels suddenly left and Jericho never really made a mention of it. I heard Cade was quite shaken up by it.

About a year ago, when they first brought Swagger to RAW, he deliberately got himself counted out against Randy Orton, then said that now Orton owes him a favor. I don't think the two of them interacted onscreen again for the rest of the year, and the whole thing has never been mentioned again. I remember that, I was hoping it would lead to an alliance between Swagger and Legacy. But of course it was dropped. From that same Raw, Mark Henry destroys Orton so Rhodes and Dibiase try to get revenge for Orton. Henry destroys both guys, and that's it. We didn't get anything else out of it. I'll admit I was hoping that entire thing was going to lead to a Survivor Series match where Cena, DX, Henry and Kofi would go against Orton, Rhodes, Dibiase, Swagger and a heel Batista. A couple more from Legacy. Orton hits Dusty Rhodes with an RKO, leading to Cody getting pissed, the crowd chanting for Cody and nothing else. Orton faces Ted and tells Ted not to fight back, the fans were begging for Ted to fight back and Ted's facial reactions was showing he wanted to fight back, but he didn't. Those 2 things led nowhere, they should have been important in breaking Legacy up. Miz and Swagger both hit on Eve, she watches as Evan Bourne beats both guys in back to back weeks, and that's it. No triple threat match for the US Title, no resolution to Miz and Swagger hitting on Eve, and nothing else with those 2 and Evan Bourne.

Psycopathic Johnny Nitro.
After losing to Jeff Hardy time and time again, and then jobbing out to Super Crazy, Nitro hits a cold streak. All of a sudden during a promo he completely snaps, and then attacks Super Crazy before their booked match can begin, completely levelling him and leaving him in a heap on the entranceway. The next week, he's still a psychopath and ends up facing John Cena in the main event, during which he aggressively wrestles Cena, taking him down and striking him with a barrage of forearms, punches and other moves, altogether before he gets DQ'd when Mercury attacks Cena shortly thereafter.
The week afterwards, he goes back to his old character, but it seemed like it was leading to a character change. Instead, we got regular 'ol Nitro until the day he changed his moniker.

I still miss Nitro Nitro > Morrison.

One angle that i remember that didn't lead to anything was Paul Bearer was fueding with the Undertaker and the Undertaker said he had to bring someone back to fight him, then no one ever showed up. I thought it would lead to a good return or a good debut but it was never mentioned again.

Jake Roberts two big-time fueds with Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior. And heck, even with Sid Justice. With Hogan, Jake got a "face" reaction when he DDT'd the champion, and WWF had to stop it dead. With Warrior, he was fired. And with Sid, I know kayfabe Sid was injured, and when he returned Roberts had already moved on to Randy Savage, and Sid was moving towards being a heel against Hogan.
I suppose Jake and Savage, too. That fued ended rather abruptly when the Undertaker turned on Jake. That fued had a lot of room left to grow.
