I would love to see Orton/Edge vs. Jericho/Miz.

My wife... she who doesn't watch wrestling at all... after me trying to tell her about the reason they were "together" now and letting her know about the team names Jeri-Show and Show-Miz... simply said without missing a beat...
"They can be called Chris-Miz"
Wow.

I love the idea of these two teaming together.

This might be the most entertaining tag team of all time.

The question is: does Miz become SRS, or does Jericho become more Y2Jish?

Jericho has kind of been lapsing back into Y2J-ness on occasion recently. Singing a song for MacGruber comes to mind.
It's like when King Booker would suddenly revert back to his ghetto-talk whenever he got mad, which was funny as hell.

Even though both guys really ought to be in high profile singles feuds... I can see these two playing off each other incredibly well.
And that was even before I remembered their iconic twitter feud.

Even though both guys really ought to be in high profile singles feuds... I can see these two playing off each other incredibly well. And that was even before I remembered their iconic twitter feud. They'll only live up to their full potential if the writers let them talk without material boundaries. That said, if they DO...this might be the best team that's been put together in ages. I truly love the way it's been done, too. Miz teamed with Morrison, which worked, but felt that it was time to move on. Meanwhile Jericho and Edge were allies, but with Edge's injury, Jericho found that a bigger and better partner was necessary. After losing Big Show as an ally, Jericho faded back a bit as Miz took his place, but without Big Show on either man's side, these two gigantic egos who have spent quite a lot of time in the past few years teaming have decided to join together, and with no apparent tension either. This is what a tag team between two "random" guys ought to be. No main eventers who are said don't get along but squash everyone anyway, instead, two guys with similar ambitions who have combined for one another's benefit.

My complete thoughts after seeing it was, "Wow I never imagined this when Jericho got drafted to Raw, it never entered my mind at all."
Now they could go a couple ways with this, IMO.
1.They team up, win the titles or pursue the titles for awhile, get on SD, get revenge on Big Show yadda yadda.
or
2.They blow up somewhere along the line and have a great feud over the US Title which would do a lot for the title and Raw in general.

Sounds awful. Just another attempt at getting the fans to give a damn about The Miz. How much more are they gonna do?...he's already had another tag team run plus the U.S. title. What's next...give him the WWE title?

Why is Jericho being reduced to this again. Fair enough, last year he was building the titles up but this year.... I thought he was over this?

What's next...give him the WWE title? Sounds good to me ;D I've been one of the few Miz fans since the HOO-RAH! days were everybody on this board was wanting him fired ASAP. Now, he's a favorite and is one of the biggest heels in the WWE today. The only heels probably bigger them him right now are Punk and his new tag partner, Mr Jericho.

From the segment on Raw, I got more the sense of Jericho as a manager to Miz than a tag partner thing. Probably wrong, with the Harts and all, but between him putting the focus on Miz and the fact that they only attacked Smith I got more the impression that Jericho is going to lead Miz like Big Show tried to do.

I'm sure they will be as entertaining as hell to watch together but I'd like to see both Miz and Jericho do something else for a change. Last night proved that RAW has way too main eventers at the minute, even without HHH. They're putting Jericho into a mish-mash tag team again and Sheamus has randomly shoehorned his way into the Cena/Batista feud, just because they have nothing else to do with them.

He's worse than McIntyre to me. I just don't get what people see in this guy. Miz is one of the most uninteresting (for lack of a better word) wrestlers on the roster. He's annoying to me...just not in a good way. I have no interest in seeing him on my screen at all. I'll never understand how they can scrape the bottom of the barrel and push this guy like they do. That's just my two cents on the guy. Please excuse the rant but why they push him has always bothered the hell out of me.

He may not annoy you in the sense that you want to see him get his comeuppance, but the majority of the crowd does.

Great, now they can win the tag titles that they don't need and make the belts even more valueless and robbing any chance The Hart Dynasty had at getting over. Hey Miz what is it on your shoulder you always carry? You know the U.S. title? How bout you try defending that for a change?
