Ok, I'll mention this fact once more.
Last Diva search, it drew higher ratings than the main event which featured John Cena, Shawn Michaels and HULK HOGAN vs Chris Jericho, Christian and Tyson Tomko.

That is truly sad, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Diva Search was the main event one week on Raw. There are truly a lot of horny teens and perverted old men watching alright, even if they aren't wrestling fans.

(This) "offends me as a wrestling fan" - Shawn Michaels.
Of course, he was talking about necrophilia when he said that. I'm talking about the Diva Search and its ratings.

This pisses me off. I don't blame WWE for doing it then, but it just plain pisses me off.
One thing to take into consideration: I'll assume the rating increase is because of people flipping through the channels. Once the Diva Search is done, they leave. This doesn't really do anything whatsoever for WWE or anything... I guess...
Sigh. Whatever. I don't care about ratings, I still hate it.

So, it's YOUR fault we have this abomination on TV! LOL I don't get it. The first one I can ALMOST understand, as it was first and the stuff was... silly. (Seducing Kamala. 'Nuff Said.) But so far, all they've done is wiggle. And wiggle poorly. Who's watching that? Moreover, who's liking it? And I don't buy the "horny guy" thing. I know guys who turn it off or hit the can. Maybe that's it. Everyone just leaves the room, yet the TVs are still on... I dunno. I'm reaching. There's NO reason this should get ratings.

In the long term I still don't see how the search helps WWE.
The get a ratings spike and that's it. It's not going to boost PPV buys, sell tickets or anything else.
They're taking away 15 minutes every week that could be used to build up a younger star.
Not that it's my business or I care. If WWE wants to show me a bunch of bouncing boobs, who am I to complain? But if I had a financial interest in the company, I'd be completely against it.

It's not like they are doing PPV's strictly for the Divas or anything. They're good looking girls, but you can see better stuff online.

I am not a huge fan of the Diva search but would rather see very hot women then A Vis/ Charlie Hoss Segment anyday. I guess people are tuning in more when the Diva search is on which means its accomplishing its point...

Agreed, that's pretty sad in a way, that the Diva Search is doing better than the segments on Raw. Did it do better than the D-X or Cena stuff?

For a viewer more enthusiastic about bimbos than wrestling, wouldn't it make more sense to just watch a porno?
