I haven't been on the boards in a few weeks, but people here actually expected Barrett to win the belt??? I find that hard to believe.

Good event. Glad to see Bryan win, with his match easily being the best. Kane/Taker was a good brawl, while the Six-Pack Challenge was fun. The IC title match was decent and Punk/Show was short and sweet (though I hated Punk being finished off quickly). The Divas Unification match could have been better, while the Tag Team Turmoil seemed rushed.
Not a great event, but a good one.

In hindsight, I wish Miz wouldn't have lost the US belt to Bret a few months ago. Him holding the belt for 11 months with Bryan finally being the guy to take it off of him, would have made tonight even bigger.

I just hate how Melina came back to win the title just to drop it to McCool

Le-sigh... I feel so bad for Sheamus. Yes, he looked very strong throughout the match and was probably more involved than most of the other five but it's just so disappointing to see him lose like that. If Sheamus would've at least eliminated someone or won a match against a significant opponent during his second title run at all it wouldn't have been all that bad to see him lose but once again his title run has been booked very poorly and there's no denying that. It seems like once they put the strap on him they don't know what to do with him, which is sad seeing as they managed to make him look so strong before he won at Fatal Four-Way.
I can only hope that now that he's without the title they once again let him be a monster who destroys everything in sight without all the comedy acts (even though I didn't mind them one bit..). Just please don't let Orton beat the living shit out of him like he did for the past few weeks...

Good show. Worth the $40 you pay it for it in America? I'm not sure about that but there were no bad matches, Miz/Bryan and Kane/Taker were really good in particular. This has been a really solid year for PPV's. I don't think there's been anything absolutely amazing but there hasn't been much bad either.
