I'd say the only thing that went right was LayCool looking visably concerned over what was happening to Kaval. Other than that, I'm drawing a blank.

Alex Riley is now Alex Kidd, and Lucky Cannon's been renamed to Tails.

I say have Husky, Eli, Lucky, and Hennig join Nexus, but they shouldn't cut many promos; just stand there and look intimidating.

That should be the last we see of all those guys for a while. None of them are ready.

Honestly this show sucked, I was there live and there was nothing good at all, just awful! Won't ruin anything about Smackdown or Superstars except well it pretty much all sucked in my opinion. However as NXT goes the triple threat was okay although Riley was obviously the best and has probably the most potential of any man on NXT, although Kaval did a great job and deserved to win too. However the Micheal McGillicutty stuff was awful and the Genesis stuff was bad and completely did not get over at all, just an awful show all the way around.

I don't think it will be a group. Mike said it was his Genesis, then left, others attack, he and Riley join in, that doesn't seems like a plan. Why not just stay in the ring?

I'd just have Riley and Harris join Nexus instead and ship the rest back to FCW.

So both seasons of NXT is just a reason to get everyone on TV, eliminated or not when it's over? Great...

It looked to me like a miscue. It should've been Riley and Mike joining in when the others start attacking Kaval, then the Pros try to make the save only to be held at bay as the Rookies complete their attack on Kaval. But Riley and Mike missing their cue forced the Pros to improvise, and the result was the clusterf*** you saw tonight. But that's just my opinion.

I do think they will be heading to Smackdown as well, but I think they obviously need to do something different than they did with Nexus.
A little bit ago, I was thinking maybe they could do something where Joe Hennig approaches Teddy Long saying that "My father and you were really good friends back in the day, and I remember you telling him that you would do everything in your power to help me become a superstar when I grew up. Well Teddy, now I'm cashing in the favor." That way it wouldnt be the typical "heel GM brings in his power faction" it will be Teddy guiltily giving these "Genesis" guys an opportunity on Smackdown to keep his promise to the late Mr. Perfect.
I know using Mr. Perfect as part of the storyline might be a little sacrilegious, but I think "Genesis" just needs a different way to get their foot in the door than how Nexus did.

That might actually be a very interesting and deep storyline to bring in McGillicutty. But honestly, leave it at him. This segment was like a complete flip of the birth of the Nexus on Raw - where that was shocking, exciting, VERY well done and made for great TV, this segment was trite, horribly botched, NOT interesting at all, and left me with the impression that this angle should just be canned NOW. They came off like rookies who can't pull off an angle like this. Riley should be gone for his awful botching of the segment, as should O'Neil and Lucky. Cottonwood is TERRIBLE. And if Percy is going to be a heel and STILL do his pose and the "Oh Yeah!"....I mean, I can't even come up with words for how dumb that is. Harris and McGillicutty can stay and join up with Nexus if they HAVE to go with that. But NO Nexus B-Team on Smackdown. PLEASE.
