The rumors came up about a month or so ago that WWE was interested in bringing him in after he worked SmackDown as an enhancement talent. But nothing was done. Today, I noticed this from Marco Corleone's (Mark Jindrak) Twitter: "Farewell to alex koslov in Mexico. Good luck in Florida!!" So that looks to me like he has signed, but nothing has been made official of course. twitter.com/MarcoCorleone23

Kosolv finished up his AAA contract earlier this month at TripleMania. He did a tweet thanking AAA and his Mexican fans after the show.

Yeah it was announced/talked about that he would sign with WWE after he finished his AAA dates.
I've only see a couple matches and thought he was good. Too bad WWE doesn't like tag team because The Kozlov's would be a great little man, big man team.

Where in Florida? FCW or TNA? I think TNA wanted him a few years ago when he did the World X Cup, but he chose to stay in Mexico over signing with them. So I doubt it would be TNA.

I was keeping my fingers crossed that it would be FCW. Nothing against TNA, just hoping for an eventual Kozlov tag team.

Does this mean they'll change his name to Oleg Prudius?

I'm hoping for the eventual losing streak after 3 months of teaming, and the turning on one partner by the other in the attempt to find the next HBK.

AAA paid Koslov good money to stick around in Mexico and he didn't want to burn that bridge by leaving going into TNA. Don't blame him. Probably be stuck on Xplosion wrestling Orlando Jordan and Eric Young if he went.

Alex Kozlov was really put over strong in TNA and probably would have been misused. Well, maybe at that time he wouldn't have, as it was awhile before the Hogan era.
In Celebration, here's a video!
