Very much an anticlimax for me. They had a great chance to something big, but it was a very flat finish!

I have a wacky idea: Why dont we see what happens tonight?
My thoughts:
Kaval/Ziggler was a terrific match
Sheamus/Morrison was terrific and Id love to see another match or 2 out of them. This could build Morrison up if done right.
Ted/Bryan was fantastic.
Nexus needed to cheat to be Koztinov??? (Methinks Koztinov eventually win the titles)
Kane/Edge was decent.
Laycool FINALLY lost! BETH!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

My main problem with the PPV, and I'm sure that it's been said many, many times already, is that it just felt uneventful, like it was just another episode of Raw or Smackdown, where nothing of any importance really happened. We all know that Cena will be back in less than a month, possibly even tonight. I don't get the ''we all know'' excuse though. As Clark Griswold says in National Lampoons Vacation, getting there is half the fun. It will be interesting to see how he comes back and how him not being on RAW affects the show. Plus, I'm not trying to put words in people's mouths but I bet they didn't feel the same when Austin was fired during the Attitude Era. They probably ate it up.

Nexus needed to cheat to be Koztinov??? (Methinks Koztinov eventually win the titles) This is how Nexus has been booked all along. They are always that little bit weaker then the level they are at. If Cena and Orton are S-Rank, Wade is A-Rank. He can beat guys like Henry without much trouble, but needs a little push to beat the others. Slater and Gabriel are the same. They won the titles on a technicality and have been beating the Hart Dynasty more due to the Harts falling out with each other over the tiniest of things. Otunga gets whipped when he's alone too. Meanwhile, Santino has been leveling up as it were, and been learning some skills from Kozlov (Who let's not forget thanks to Striker constantly saying it, is a Sambo expert and a powerhouse). Meanwhile, Santino is teaching Kozlov to let his hair down a bit. Santino/Kozlov have power in Kozlov, shock attacks in Santino (Nobody takes him seriously, which is their downfall.), counters out of nowhere (Santinos flips and splits, Kozlovs headbutts and throws) and a bromance that is needed to be a tag team. Both are still lacking in singles competitions (Santino doesn't have the power and Kozlov has a semi-predictable move set) but compliment each other well. As soon as Heath and Justin don't have Nexus behind them, they're going down. Santino and Kozlov will be your new tag team champions (Also, let's not forget that Santino gets constant TV Time. Ladies and gentleman, please welcome.... THE DEEMOLATION-A-METER!)

I have a wacky idea: Why dont we see what happens tonight? After last night I'm not staying up again tonight, I'll record and watch in the morning, maybe after checking online to see if it's even worth it or if it's two hours of mourning Cena.

(Also, let's not forget that Santino gets constant TV Time. Ladies and gentleman, please welcome.... THE DEEMOLATION-A-METER!) Well, since the current tag titles technically carry the lineage of the other set of belts, the team with the longest reign is.......Paul London and Brian Kendrick. ...Yeah, the Londrick-A-Meter doesn't sound nearly as good as the Demolition-A-Meter.

The Hooliganz were longest reigning tag champs. Ever. Santino: But... I am spending so much money on my Deemolaytion-a-Meter! [Next week, the Demolition meter just has London and Kendricks heads lazily photoshopped over Ax and Smashs bodies.]

Bryan/DiBiase - Very good to start the show. Bryan put on the best match of the night once again for me. You've got to think that considering this feud only started last week on RAW and the fact that there aren't many midcard heels, this will continue until TLC and on this showing, I don't mind another match between the two. ***1/2
Morrison/Sheamus - Another strong match with both styles clashing really well. It was great to see Morrison get the win, he's obviously in the midst of getting some sort of push. I did find it a bit strange that he won with a running knee instead of Starship Pain, I wasn't expecting the match to finish at that poin at all but yeah, it was good. ***
Ziggler/Kaval - I thought it had the potential to be a bit better than it was but it was still a pretty good contest with some nice spots. As expected, Ziggler won and is continuing to establish himself as IC Champion. **3/4
Team Mysterio/Team Del Rio - Good match, everyone played their role well. As expected, Mysterio and Show were the survivors but Del Rio's chickenshit heel routine was well done, Cody Rhodes' few minutes in the match where he was angry with people hitting him in the face were hillarious. ***
LayCool/Natalya - This was short as expected but it was good for the time it got. It was great to see Natalya finally win the title and the Beth Phoenix return afterwards was done well too. **
Kane/Edge - As expected, this wasn't exactly a classic. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't particularly engaging either. I had a meh reaction to the finish but it kept both men strong so made sense. I expect them to have a rematch at TLC in Edge's specialty match and they'll probably have a better match there. **1/2
Nexus/Santino N' Kozlov - This was basically filler, to give the audience a break between the two World Title matches but it alright. It wasn't bad or anything. Plus, with Santino and Kozlov being the only face team in the division, this feud is almost certain to continue. **
Orton/Barrett - Not a great match overall, these two don't have much chemistry together because they're both quite slow and methodical in the ring, plus the fact that Barrett is green but it told a good story and the you were waiting to see what Cena was going to do so so that kept it entertaining. Cena's farewell was very well done at the end, was made to look very real. **1/2
Overall Rating: This was a good show, particularly the first half. A lot of WWE PPV's this year have been of a similar sort of quality to this, where they're not absolutely brilliant but not poor either. The undercard wasn't built up great despite the matches involving good workers and you could argue that it didn't have a standout moment for a big four PPV and I suppose it didn't but overall, I thought it was a good way to spend three hours. 7.5/10

The only matches that I didn't much care for were Kane/Edge and Orton/Barrett, for whatever reason these matches didn't click. Everything else was good to really good though(including the Cena "farewell")

Well, Survivor Series was kept around, according to rampant rumour (the only thing less credible than Wikipedia), to facilitate an Undertaker anniversary celebration of some sort, the bitter irony then being, that 'Taker buggered off just the PPV before hand. Can we say it's safe to assume this is the end of Survivor Series? Methinks so. I don't particularly care. I mean, its prestigiousness is sourced in the notion, that because it's been around for age, and once held Wrestlemania ramifications, that it was worthy of avoiding the chop. Which is bollocks, really. Any PPV can be that. Sure, it gets a few extra buys due to its name recognition, but any show can be as important, without having to rely on its prior luster.
