Man, I forget sometimes exactly how long Trish has been in the WWE... If this is true and she does leave, all the best wishes... She's as close to a Miss Elizabeth or Sensational Sherri that this generation of wrestling fan has and it's gonna suck when she leaves.......

I hope she does re-sign, even if she goes on a long hiatus.

I don't think she's necessarily a terrible actress. Let's keep in mind the caliber of the writing she's had to work with.
Still, while she continues to look smoking hot and she's still got charisma and ability to spare, she's had a good deal of injuries to put up with (said ability isn't perfect, and accidents happen), and balancing such a demanding a career as pro wrestling with marriage takes a lot- especially when said marriage is still starting out. If she doesn't want to renew, that's fine. She's added a lot to the women's division, and deserves her rest.
Kinda wish I were the lucky dog marrying her...

Eh, she doesn't move merchandise like she used to. Out of all of the guys in here praising her as a wrestler (read: want to bang her), how many have purchased the new Trish shirt? I don't mean off of eBay or second-hand.
Mickie puts asses in seats. Trish was a star because McMahon constantly pushed her. She was his female Hulk Hogan. Her wrestling is mediocre at best and that is only when wrestling someone with talent: Victoria, Mickie, Molly, Lita - uh, wait...scratch Lita - half ass moonsaults that injure her and the other wrestler don't count.
Seriously, her film career will bomb miserably. She has lived in the glass bubble of the WWE for how many years? She is a legend in her own mind. She'll struggle on her own for a couple of years and come back in a Sable whore role just to scratch for a low six-figure salary. She was a push forced on a body. Almost any other woman could have filled her role. Good riddance. Think about this: If Trish is the greatest female wrestler in history, why is she leaving? The marriage excuse is a cover. The WWE doesn't want to pay her bloated salary. She ain't worth it.
And please...never compare Patricia Snuffalupagus to Miss Elizabeth or Sensational Sherri...EVER.

I firmly disagree. Why does it not make sense for a great wrestler to want to leave the business in order to marry, spend time with the person they love, and pursue other fields they're interested in?
