Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall are divorcing too. Man, do any celebrity marriages ever last? Really? Thats going to be awkward while on set.

Third-rate? Green Lantern is the best comic-book on the market. Comics in general are idiotic kids crap Way to insult a large portion of the people who post here.

First he gets buried alive, then his wife divorces him, then he has to play a third-rate superhero. Which Superhero is that then? All I know he's playing is the Green Lantern & Deadpool (Depending on your stance for Pool) And non of them are third rate Lantern. I would never say anything bad about The Merc. He's awesome. Unlike Lantern who is lame. And no I will not be taking that back.

I agree, I don't get the hate. I actually like the characters he's played in several films. And to the poster who ripped on Comic Books, it was nice knowing you ... ;D

There's four of them. Gardner, Jordan, Stewart and Rayner. Each entirely different in personality to the other. Surely you can't hate all of them...

Man, celebrity marriages are, with few exceptions it seems, doomed.
So, what's the over-under on Katy Perry and Russel Brand? I give it a year, tops.

Voiced very well by Christopher Meloni in Green Lantern: First Flight. Speaking of which, I thank the stars that Elliot Stabler was never given a power ring ...

Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall are divorcing too. Man, do any celebrity marriages ever last? Liam Neeson and Natasha Richardson. Well, until her untimely death. Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have been married awhile. So have Barbara Streisand and James Brolin.

Sad times, it's never nice to see a marriage end. I hope they both get another shot at happiness.
'The couple was married in September, 2008.'. Shouldn't it be 'were married'? Or does 'was' still make sense?

Or does 'was' still make sense? I think "was" is being used properly in that context. A couple is a single thing, after all.
