I'm so glad that MacGruber garbage bombed. I half expect every 'comedy' that's released to be a smash now given how bad I thought the 'best' comedies of the last 6 or so years have been.

I saw MacGruber and Extraordinary Measures (I'll almost always give Harrison Ford a chance).
Frankly, I didn't think either were bad; MacGruber was big and stupid, just as I expected, and Extraordinary Measures was decent enough, though probably too long.

No Knucklehead?
Seriously, MacGruber deserved to bomb.
And #9's description is probably one of the main contributions to the bombing of Scott Pilgrim

Man, is Jude Law box office poison or what?
Other than Sherlock Holmes, it seems anything he's in is a bomb.

Ex Measures looked like a made for TV movie that was put in theaters. Also I knew making a movie based off Kaval's finisher was a bad idea.

Their point on "Let Me In" makes me weep for society. A solid vampire flick does shit numbers while "Twilight" & "Vampires Suck" made good money. "This is why we can't have nice things" indeed.

I heard of all of these, didn't see any of them, but I really wanted to see number 1. A guy I work with saw it and said it was great fun. But it wasn't shown anywhere around here.

Heard of all of these movies. Only seen Youth in Revolt and Let Me In on that list. Let Me In was the only one I saw in theaters. Both are very good underrated movies.

Well it cut it's audience by sticking so closely to the original, oh who am I kidding hardly anybody watched that either.

I saw The Warrior's Way, the only person in Mann's Chinese Theater watching it. Kinda surreal. But it was ok, interesting action, but otherwise a clusterf***.

I have only seen Splice which was not bad actually. I did feature it in a recent blog:
Most Memorable Scene (For the right or wrong reasons): The Rotating Hotel Hallway Fight Scene - Inception Honourable Mentions: 'That' Sex Scene - Splice, Scott vs. Todd - Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Hit Girl drops the C Bomb - Kick-Ass, Lisbeth's Revenge - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Anyone that has seen it knows what sex scene I'm talking about

It's funny I actually paid money to see Splice and MacGruber. I'll wear that as a badge of pride.
It's goddam sad how Let Me In fared, considering how much promotion it got, and that it wasn't bad, from what I've heard.

The only one I've seen is Letters To God that was the honorable mention on the list. I was actually amazed it was at the theater it was at because it very seldom gets limited releases. I really enjoyed the movie though. One of my favorites for the year.
