Can't help you out Most of the punk I listen to was recorded before 1990. And a lot of it isn't really that good ... What a total lie. There's tons of great stuff recorded before and after 1990. What have you been listening to? Also, Citten, some idea of what kind of punk you enjoy right would be very helpful. Are your tastes closer to hardcore? Experimental/post-punk '70s stuff? Garage rock? Polished pop-punk? Ska-punk? I need feedback.

The Living End- The Living End Great album with a number of tremendous tracks on it. Does sometimes drift into rockabilly but the linked song is a common style. Give em enough rope- The Clash I love you forever. Living End for the f***ing win. Though I already have all their albums except the most recent one, which I can't find used anywhere >:C Anyway, I ended up not going to the store. Hoping I'll be able to find the chance sometime in the next few weeks. May be able to pop in before an indy show on the 21st. Keep recommending shit, it'll give me a nice list of stuff to look out for. As far as what I like... Well, honestly I'll listen happily to anything under the punk umbrella. I'm less fond of 70's stuff and modern hardcore (I still like that stuff, just not nearly as much). Other than that, I'm remarkably un-picky and don't particularly like one flavor of punk over another.
