Taylor was good...it was that stupid bar fight that cost him a nice career. Wasn't in a bar; he actually drove to the guy's home. Not that I didn't know. Interesting.

Ani, I can give you a little help with Juan Cedeno after he went to the Royals. He was traded to the Tigers organization during the 2007-2008 offseason. He did play for a while in A and AA before asking for his release in August '08, never to be seen again.

Yeah I'm trying to remember which failed third base prospect was the top prospect for the Yankees back in 2004 either Eric Duncan or Drew Henson. I think it was Duncan.

#6 Chicago Cubs 1. Angel Guzman/RHP/Cubs: Looked like he was emerging as a nice setup man but he's CONSTANTLY hurt. 2. Justin Jones/LHP/ : Last seen in the Nats system. Bust. 3. Ryan Harvey/RHP/Red Sox: Former OF now trying pitching. Will he pull a Santos? 4. Andy Sisco/LHP/Yanks: Still throwing hard. Still a chance to be a nice reliever? 5. Felix Pie/OF/Orioles: Called up too soon. Hope Castro doesn't become him. 6. Bobby Brownlie/RHP/ : Last seen in Nats system as well. Bust. 7. Chadd Blasko/RHP/ : Another "milk carton" player. 8. Brendan Harris/Utility/Orioles: Only had one good year for TB. 9. David Kelton/OF/Retired: Coaching in college. 10. Jae-Kuk Ryu/RHP/Rangers?: Last seen there. Ospery killer ;D Notables: 20. Ricky Nolasco/RHP/Marlins: Great when healthy.

Good series. When you reach the finish line, you plan to post the BA Top 100?

Sorry, kinda neglected this for a few days. #7 Chicago White Sox 1. Jeremy Reed/OF/White Sox: Called up too quick. Floated around with Seattle and Mets. Reserve at best. 2. Kris Honel/RHP/Out of baseball?: Last seen with Cardinals. Bust. 3. Neal Cotts/LHP/Yankees: Good year in 2005 seems to have been an aberration. Left handed specialist at most perhaps. 4. Ryan Sweeney/OF/A's: Probably a good 4th OF, maybe more. Has come close a couple of times to hitting .300 as a part time player. 5. Joe Borchard/OF/ : Biggest bust of the 2000's? 6. Ryan Wing/LHP/Japan: Last seen in the A's system. Another "where did he go" player. 7. Brian Anderson/RHP/Yankees: Converted to pitching recently. Another possible Sergio Santos? 8. Shingo Takatsu/RHP/ : Good reliever for a short period of time. Last seen in Taiwan. 9. Chris Young/OF/Diamondbacks: Great power and possibly getting better with other aspects of his game as seen last year. 10. Arnie Munoz/LHP/Mexico: Did nothing. Notables: 11. Brandon McCarthy/RHP/A's: Has struggled but could change of scenery and/or role help? 14. Jon Rauch/RHP/FA: Has had some bad years, good years as a relief pitcher.

Just wondering, did you happen to bookmark that thread where you compiled the all-time lineups for every team?

Just wondering, did you happen to bookmark that thread where you compiled the all-time lineups for every team? Sadly no Had deleted my account and set this one up over a year ago. The old account had it bookmarked. We may need to do it again after this thread is done.

#8 Cincinnati Reds 1. Ryan Wagner/RHP/Retired: Big bust. Injured prevented his career. 2. Edwin Encarnacion/DH/Jays: Nice power but one of the worst fielders in recent times. 3. Brandon Claussen/LHP/Retired?: One good season followed by injuries. 4. Dustin Moseley/RHP/Padres: Decent in relief for Yanks. Someone to watch in Petco. 5. Joey Votto/1B/Reds: Yeah...only the 2010 MVP ;D 6. Phil Dumatrait/LHP/Twins: Played in Korea last year. 7. Stephen Smitherman/OF/Retired: 21 games in the MLB. 8. Tyler Pelland/LHP/ : Assumed retired. No MLB experience. 9. Chris Gruler/RHP/ : Johnny Bench called him the next Tom Seaver...oops. 10. Ty Howington/LHP/ : Again, assumed retired. Notables: 21. Matt Belisle/RHP/Rockies: Quietly a very good reliever in Colorado last year.
