So Terry Bradshaw, the Seattle Seahawks just defeated the DEFENDING SUPER BOWL CHAMPION SAINTS LED BY DREW BREES, but they have "no chance" against Cutler & The Bears? What the hell kind of logic is that? To be fair, unlike the Saints, the Bears actually have a defense. also, perhaps more importantly, they won't be playing in Seattle.

I don't know if this was posted in the last thread, but still: Both of those videos are hilarious! I will join in the celebration of the Eagles loss as well. Now the media can finally stop verbally fellating Vick.

Well it looks like, barring the Ravens making it, I'll be rooting for the NFC this year. Don't really have any problems with any of the remaining NFC teams, and I've always had a soft spot for the Ravens, so it'll have to be that. Really wouldn't be able to any of the NE/NYJ/PIT options, even if I do think NE has the best shot out of all the teams. That Seattle game was insane though. I'm really glad I got to witness an effort like that.
As for non-playoff subjects, it's looking like Nnamdi Asomugha will be a free agent this year. Which, while incredibly disappointing as an Oakland fan, I can't help but feel happy about. Nnamdi is my favorite player in the league, an extremely classy and well-spoken guy, so I'll be very happy to see him get the chance to sign and play for a contending team. Hell, he could sign with the Patriots or Jets and I'd still root for him. I'm glad he's getting out of Oakland, Al Davis just doesn't know how to function anymore, and I don't think there's anyone I could blame after the debacle that has been the last week.

I don't know if this was posted in the last thread, but still: Oh Marshawn, to start off playing well in Buffalo, I buy your jersey, you crap out and lose your staring job to Fred Jackson, you get traded for a 3rd round pick, and redeem your self in Seattle. Cest la vie.

The Chiefs are strongly considering Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy as the replacement for Charlie Weis, sources tell ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

Eagles fans need to get on the Logan Mankins train and whoever else is a free agent O-Linemen.

Kevin Kolb wants out of Philadelphia if the Eagles bring back Michael Vick as their starter, sources tell beat writer Jeff McLane.
They reportedly are asking an outrageous price for Kolb -- at least two first-round picks.

Eagles probably won't get what they want, but I almost don't blame them. They ditched McNabb and we STILL have no idea whether Kevin Kolb can be a 16 game starter or not. He still has that mystic surrounding him. Can't hurt to try.

My early thoughts on the Divisional playoffs:
Ravens/Steelers - leaning towards the Steelers. Polamalu should be full strength, and it's in Pittsburgh. While the Ravens did win there, it was when Rothelisberger was serving his suspension. Should be a close game, maybe one of those 13-10 games.
Packers/Falcons - Should be another close game that could go either way. No idea who wins.
Seahawks/Bears - Leaning towards the Bears. Week 6 was a long time ago.
Jets/Patriots - Gotta go with the Patriots. Game's in Foxboro, last time they played in Foxboro, Pats won 45-3. Feel like it will be close at first, then the Pats pull away in the 2nd half.

I was playing Tecmo Super Bowl just now (the 2010 Season hack, specifically) and had quite the interesting exhibition game with the Giants (Me) vs. the Bengals (CPU). Final score was 30-7. It included the following:
- A missed extra point by Lawrence Tynes - Cincinnati going for it on 4th and 20... and getting a Marshawn Lynch-esque run from Cedric Benson for a touchdown. This would be the Bengals' sole points. - Osi got 8 sacks. Yes. 8 sacks. For some reason, the offensive line didn't bother to block him for the longest time so he kept getting around it and sacking Carson. - The game ended with Palmer fumbling on the 1 yard line and Jonathan Goff picking it up and trotting a couple of steps into the end zone for a touchdown.
Amazingly, no interceptions from either Eli or Carson and that fumble was the only turnover.

Good for Aaron, and for Green Bay. Now there's no reason not to give the guy his due. Yep. Skip Bayless can now kindly shut the hell up.
