Definitely Daniel Bryan vs. Dolph Ziggler on RAW for me.
And I'll 3rd Morrison/Sheamus FCA. Those 2 have great chemistry together.

I'd go with Bryan/Ziggler II, even though their PPV match was better, it was still interesting to see the same to guys go out the very next night and wrestle a different match. Bryan/Ziggler III was good, too. The only thing is that Ziggler probably should have at least won one of them.

Drew vs. Matt Hardy (Smackdown) -- the one where Drew went to stamp Matt Hardy on the steps, then was knocked over and took a back first bump on them.
Fantastic grudge match. You really got the sense they wanted to hurt each other. Excellently booked and performed.

Out of all the matches I've seen...
Goldust vs. Jericho from Superstars
Edge vs Christian from RAW

Kofi Kingston vs. Christian in the finals for the Intercontinental Champioship final a few months back was a great match, really entertaining.

Basically anything involving Dolph / Kofi / and Swagger, however I tend to like the straightup Dolph / Kofi matchups better.
Lawler vs Miz TLC Championship match DBD in any of his US Title defenses.

Ziggler/Bryan the Raw after Bragging Rights Jericho/Bourne (can't remember the exact date, but a really good match) Lawler/Miz TLC (despite the ending, it was really solid bout) Morrison/Sheamus FCA

Sheamus vs. Morrison in the King of the Ring final was better than the falls count anywhere. Bryan vs. Ziggler was a fantastic Raw match. Smackdown had more TV match of the year contenders than I can count, most revolving around the mid card and IC title, Cody Rhodes vs. Christian was one of my favorites, and anytime Kofi Kingston gets 15 minutes you know you're getting a good match. Randy Orton quietly had some really great tv outings , like the recent one with Sheamus, the week before with Miz, and the triple threat with Edge and Jericho in the summer. WWE's in-ring aspect has stepped up big over the last year and a half.
