Which title wins can you remember where the superstar who won it showed little emotion?
The most recent one I can remember was when Jack Swagger won the World Heavyweight title as he had a blank expression when he held up the belt!

Swagger was busy undergoing the serious-ifying effects of the belt. He still hasn't fully recovered; thanks to the energy transfer hitting him harder than most he also thinks he's Kurt Angle.

How the Swagger Soaring Eagle broke through the facade of seriousness for a few weeks is a miracle of modern science.

Maybe he knew ahead of time he would be the worst booked champion since Rey Mysterio?

I still maintain across all of his title runs (counting every WWE belt, not just the World title) CM Punk is the worst champion of all time.

He finally beat Bret Hart for the WWF title and 3 days later he lost to Diesel in 8 seconds. And let's not forget Kane's 24 hour title reign.

I don't ever remember Rock showing much in the way of emotion whenever he won a title. But then, the crowds reaction usually told the whole story.

Brock looked intense for about 10 seconds and the rest looked matter of fact. Very little in the way of emotion, like, "This is what I've been fighting for, I've finally made it."

To be fair, it's not like Brock Lesnar had to work very long or try very hard to get it. It made sense for him to come in, win it, and basically be like, "Okay, cool. Moving on."

Ha! Piece of cake.
Any time someone can have an "emotional" celebration like Shawn Michaels did...while telling Bret Hart to "get the fu** out of my ring" instead of shaking his hand...well, that's anything but sincere. So let's give it to Shawn. If not for that, then for his fake freakout after winning the belt at Survivor Series 1997.

The Undertaker's first title win. He was playing a zombie-like character, so it was not expected for him to celebrate like he won both showcases on The Price Is Right.

Davey Boy Smith when he won the IC belt. He was so out of it. As a kid I thought he was tired from a hard fought match. Of course, we now know cause he was drugged out of his mind.

Well, technically he was still showing a lot of emotion, but not the type you would expect.
When Randy Orton beat HHH for the title at Backlash (after the botched ending) and he just stormed to the back looking p'd off. At the time I just thought it made the title win look so unimportant.

When Cena won the Rated R Spinner Belt from Edge at Unforgiven 2006.
He looked so emotionless and yet somewhat disappointed.

From reading the thread, it seems like Character gets in the way a lot of times. Especially if they're heel or some form of elevated character.
Didn't stop Edge though. He looked absolutely in joy when he first won it.
Honestly? Punk. It seemed like he was happy..but to me it just read as "fake". And I'm a fan too.

Orton looked emotional at SummerSlam 2004 when he won it.
